I thought the reason you don't see them at AA is they don't quit. And the whole admitting you have a problem thing isn't very gangsta.
The new Ferrari can be seen in how many vehicles they make. I believe it has exploded.
I don't take it from who is saying what that it causes a lot of cancer. Safe is not a technical term. It's a judgement call. If you could simulate it perfectly, you could decide at what level of glyphosate use more people die from using it than would from side effects of not. Physiology is averaged out by wide sampling in studies, so you have that tool. But people will still disagree on the tradeoff between food production and cancer risk.
A lot of organizations are concerned with one thing: making money, or making food, or preventing cancer. They just come up with the answer that prioritizes what they care about.
You have these lefties being like I steal from Walmart. And you have Walmart and other people saying: nooo, you're actually stealing from the neighbors. I don't know. But I know that i always want to live where fewer people steal from Walmart. And from workers. And from the government. Etc. Neither the moral nor practical case of what's right is particularly difficult.
There's a school, here, that offers resources for homeschooling and, optionally, 1-3 days a week in a classroom. Pooling your resources, somehow, seems smart. Exactly how to find people who agree with me, I'm still working out.
The public school is precisely white on justice maps. But I would imagine the curriculum itself is cucked as hell.
I kinda just came back. Conpro seems kinda dead. Communities change.
No, I'd never play a game. That would be a terrible waste of time.
Long time ago... My gf moved into a neighborhood that had like 3 corporations controlling all the housing. And I was shocked because, at this point, there were other places to live. Just not right there. The rate on her 1BR was shocking to me. Luckily, that didn't last long. But yeah, they've been at this business of price fixing, and I've seen it first hand.
Oh and the reason she wanted to move is that her other block was becoming full of criminals and rapists. I wouldn't argue against leaving that. I guess that's how they get you to pay.
The complexity of the monetary system is pretty much a ruse. Remember when we were worried stimulus checks would drive inflation? Routinely, the Fed deposits money into big banks without debiting anything. It's not in your bank account, but you can borrow it. That's what creating money is.
The point being, the money doesn't appear into the ether. The government gives it to someone... Else.
I would, here, separate Capitalism (tm) from free markets. You and me trading is fine. The debt-based monetary system requires constant impoverishment. Real tl;dr , it's usury.
Yeah. I was asking the AI why airline ticket prices per mile are higher in the US than Europe, and it said less competition. So why TF do we have airline mergers then?
I agree. They've never been free. They wouldn't understand.
As for the life, I'd say it's more like sip tea on the balcony of my government-subsidized flat and hope I don't get raped next. Not the golf course for most of em.
They'd sip tea between nuclear bomb blasts, though. Take that away, and you might have a riot.
They probably do sip tea, but it never looked to me like they were living very well over there. Not in let's say 20 years.
I'm pretty sure it's for women.
That's kind of a "vote harder" thing. But I vote for a man, not a party. If there is a man I can stomach running, then I'll vote for him.
They just call it a "monitor", and it costs more.
To me, it's pretty safe though that smart TV isn't connected to the internet. Could it theoretically connect to an open Wifi or have a modem? Yeah. But I doubt it.
You'd think if the firewall was smart that it would block DNS to other servers. Or proxy them. But I guess that would break things and not be possible for secure DNS.
We don't have a lot in common genetically with Israelites*, and we made up most of our religion later, but it's anti Semitic to say we aren't them. - Ashenazi probably
*Yes, I know you can identify jews by gene clusters, but it seems like Palestinians would be more directly descended
It was good that ads tried to be entertaining because there were so many in EGM, particularly around Xmas. It would be, feels like, 2/3 ads, but I guess it paid for all the rest of the glossy print.
I think this is especially true on immigration. 90s Republicans were in favor of it. Maybe not officially in favor of illegal immigration, but they weren't trying to build up the border either . I just read a transcript of a Peter Brimelow /Tucker Carlson interview that mentions it. 90s Dems' politics still had to answer to unions, rather than the other way around. Oh and black people, arguably the biggest losers due to immigration. For Dems, whether someone had a long term plan to import a new electorate, I don't know But there weren't enough recent immigrants to make it worth making a public case of it.
Used to be more like "Here are Lara Croft's boobs and thousands of advertisements directed what, obviously, is our demographic."
Not really.
I was gonna say... May as well just hang people without pretense. It would be more honest.
I was just looking at one where the Supreme Court ruled an official couldn't use her office to intimidate the NRA by threatening people doing business with them, and they kicked it back to the appeals court who ruled said official has qualified immunity since what she was doing at the time could reasonably be believed to be legal.
My ancestors, white as can be, did neither, either.
They drank, and they died.
