It's funny that meaningful biological differences suddenly exist when it's time to throw out some anti-male pseudoscience.

These people stand for nothing. Concepts will be embraced or abandoned entirely based on what bolsters their position in the moment.

rumors are the next thing that authorities should be able to censor

I don't think that's the angle they're going for with this article, it's just more dishonest, misleading reporting, and 'rumors' was the best word they could use for that.

But they never stopped pushing against your right to spread information or speak opinions they don't like, and I don't believe they will anytime soon.

I have confidence that society will one day rededicate itself to freedom of speech, and the truth that it inevitably brings with it. Whether I live to see it is the question.

The reason given is that buying new clothes harms the environment.

And somehow going back to high quality goods that won't need to be replaced often isn't an option.

The thing about these people is that they don't just want you to reduce your consumption. They want you to reduce your consumption and keep you trapped on the consumption-driven hamster wheel. Nothing that would reduce your dependence on the consumerist cycle will be allowed, because that would threaten their supremacy over you.

That is the true evil of our elites.

Ben Shapiro routinely receive phone calls from Mossad telling him how to shape content at Breitbart. I'd be willing to bet that Greenblatt similarly takes directives from the Israeli government.

Why not? Most of our politicians do.

I despise modern everything politics.

Maybe their identity politics worked too well.

Yes, the golem has turned against its master. The powers that be have spent decades pushing destructive idpol subversion, without any care for how it could come to bite them. Well, bite them it has, and it's wonderful to see.

Holocaust™ no longer works as a moral club to keep the goy in line, because to millennials and gen z, it is barely remembered ancient history. This terrifies the Holocaustians, at a primal level.

Plus they've overused the hell out of it. People have seen that club employed in response to the slightest criticism, and they've gotten used to the beatings.

Why should he care what American citizens think of Israel? He's American... right?

She would probably be more at home in Moscow or Shanghai.

Sadly, we're fast approaching the point (if we're not there already) where people in Moscow or Shanghai can just as easily say that about the west.

I'm sure they comprehend that just fine. They're not single-issue extremists like a certain person who uses this site, they're very likely angry about all the same things you are and for most of the same reasons, and they're white nationalists.

I honestly was 'shook' when I first saw this in a GTA game. It was realistic for the time made me very uncomfortable. Then I got over it, because it's fictional. I don't know that I LIKE having become desensitized to it, but whatever.

It's weird that someone would get upset about it now, especially someone used to these games, who by his own admission happily rampages against the police in them.

You don't criminalize something based on what it could progress to though. That's the argument they use in trying to get rid of guns. Something needs to be illegal or not on its own merits.

7
freespeechsquid 7 points ago +7 / -0

I agree with this actually.

I mean, yeah, it's probably just an intentional slippery slope. But I never thought that looking at pictures should be considered a crime, even if they're horrible pictures. Same with creating something fictional. I remember someone being prosecuted for drawing underage Simpsons characters having sex or whatever. I thought that was unjust then, and I think it's unjust now.

This can be just family videos on YouTube where they used to share timestamps of the kids in swimwear so YouTube blocked all comments on content aimed at or featuring children as the main stars or to the extreme of pornhub where they KNOW they have a pedo community and willfully turn a blind eye for profits.

I might have my priorities wrong, but somehow this is what bothers me the most. Not that there are creeps out there who get off to watching innocent videos of kids; that is nauseating but potentially limited in terms of harm. What alarms me is how brazen they are, how comfortable they feel openly communicating with others of their kind and spreading that filth. How willing they are to taint and corrupt something innocent rather than just keep it to themselves.

I think that's what makes them monsters. They're not people with shameful urges they have the sense to keep hidden - though I'm sure those do exist. These are vile, soulless perverts with no moral sense to speak of, who not only cannot comprehend good, they think nothing of violating it.

White people?? In Scotland?? Say it ain't so!!

What does he think about the racial makeup of Pakistan's institutions?

Do his parents agree with him? Did they emigrate to Scotland and immediately start bitching about all the white people there? Is that why he is the way that he is?

but they don't know that, because they never learned that they had to do that.

It would be nice if most of them spent their energy learning instead of calling for that awareness to be rejected or criminalized. If they would acknowledge they're sheltered and protected and ignorant of men's experiences, instead of lecturing us how we can't possibly understand a woman's woes, but they understand everything there is to understand about us, of course.

Ignorance is forgivable if you pair it with self-awareness and a desire to learn.

I get your point, but in normalizing such an extreme response we open the door for that extreme response to be used on us.

I wish everyone thought like you.

I don't believe such thinking always holds up against an opponent who will violate every standard and create any precedent to destroy you, but it's the kind of thinking a stable and rational civilization needs.

For reference. the character of Saga Anderson was originally white.

https://twitter.com/SamLakeRMD/status/677973716375052288 (Sorry for not archiving. Been a while since I did it.)

Alan Wake 2 isn't a reboot or re-imagining. It's a sequel, and part of the same universe this video was made for. I've heard it referred to as a 'teaser', but in Remedy games, especially Alan Wake, these live action productions are considered serious parts of the lore.

Apparently the actress playing the white Saga Anderson died. And in recasting her, they decided to abandon believable continuity to make her an empowered black role model.

There's some weird reality-bending shit going on in the Alan Wake universe, so one could say it's explainable. But whether it is explained it or not, I don't know, as I, a former fan, have no desire to play this woke trash.

You know exactly why they did this. They are saying it right here in the screenshot provided by u/alucard13mmfmj/. You can make an informed guess about the kind of people they are and what they think of their audience.

'Landmark'? Whew, for a second there I thought it said 'unprecedented' like when exactly the same thing happens but the media doesn't like it.

I won't go as far as ACAB but maybe Many/Most Cops Are Bad. They're the enforcers of the system, and if the system is bad, so are they.

But certainly ABCAB. All British Cops Are Bad. Comically, awfully, offensively bad.

That is scary, and it's not too leftist, except for the dying environment one. But if it's a leftist that produced or shared this, you know they have very... interesting opinions about what led to these things.
