Seeing as many major clothing stores/apparel brands are run by globalist assholes anyways, it makes picking a side slightly more difficult here.

Could be they have intel about an imminent terror attack in a clothing store, but a terrorist would have to be really thick not to recognize from this campaign that they're made out.

AFAIK the EU retards just passed a right to repair law that includes clothing.

Of course it wouldn't be the EU if they hadn't managed to subvert a good idea and replace it with ideological eco bullshit.

So instead of a "right to repair" we get a "nightmare bureaucracy that is completely detached from reality and makes everything more expensive".

The reason given is that buying new clothes harms the environment. And France subsidises citizens patching up their old clothes.

The reason given is that buying new clothes harms the environment.

And somehow going back to high quality goods that won't need to be replaced often isn't an option.

The thing about these people is that they don't just want you to reduce your consumption. They want you to reduce your consumption and keep you trapped on the consumption-driven hamster wheel. Nothing that would reduce your dependence on the consumerist cycle will be allowed, because that would threaten their supremacy over you.

That is the true evil of our elites.

I am of the opinion that repairing clothes/products needs to be more prevalent instead of the throw away culture that is nowadays, but the french government should have approached this from a different direction by advertising repair more and offer some "black friday" clothes repair set for "free" or remove tax temporary on repair during the week of black friday

France to pay bonus for shoes and clothing repairs to cut waste

Under the scheme, customers will be able to claim €7 for mending a heel and €10-€25 for clothing repairs.
