Funny how the first thing she did was to go file a lawsuit against him instead of going to the police and having him arrested. Not, that I think LeBeouf is a good dude or anything, he has a history of being an asshole and getting himself arrested. It just seems like a strange course of action

So basically what everyplace does anyway. Most places have front of the house tip out to back of the house. They're just legalizing what was always the practice.

The reason V has nothing in the corpo background as well is because they froze all his accounts once he got terminated which is typical corpo practice.

If you do the corpo background you get a quest down the line where a former coworker hires you and you find out that he got fired as well(had his accounts frozen) and is trying to bring V in to get his life back.

I can't wait for the articles about the disease with the 99.9% survival rate whose vaccine causes massive side effects is devastating minority communities and why that is racist in 6 months.

Because they don't want to work. As soon as anything happens they don't want to go back to school. Meanwhile the funny thing is in the same breath they'll talk about how they're essential workers and just as important as cops and firefighters. But they don't want the downside of being essential.

When hurricane sandy hit NYC the schools were shutdown for 2 weeks. At the end of the 2 weeks when schools were reopening they told the teachers they needed to come in a day before for workshops to receive instructions on how to deal with students affected by the storm. The rants teachers went on you thought they were being asked to go in during the storm. They were up in arms in how they were affected by the hurricane and shouldn't have to come in. Meanwhile real essential workers were working the entire time. And nearly every other working person in the city returned to work 3 days after the storm.

Bill Gates says the world is overpopulated and now is all in for immediately vaccinating everyone as quickly as possible. So yeah. I'm going to take a pass on this vaccine.

Teachers are lazier. 90% of them don't want to be teachers they just wanted steady weekends and summers off. Basically, they never wanted to leave school in the first place so they just became teachers to stay lazy.

For someone to hate Fenway and want it to be torn down shows that they don't care about the game. Fenway is iconic and perfectly fits Boston. I'm not a baseball fan but whenever I'm in boston I always try to take in a game at fenway.

Dude never heard women talk about men. They're just as vulgar if not more so than guys.

Correction noted. I meant the mega rich. 100+ million and above.

Correct. The professors and the murder part was duke. The duke girl was a stripper hired for a party.

A rape on campus was the broken glass one with a student who claimed to be a party that never happened with someone no longer at the school.

Duke lacrosse was a different one than the one you're describing. You're describing "a rape on campus" which was with a fraternity.

The issue is once you reach a certain level of wealth you cease being a member of your country and become a member of the international wealthy. An american 1% has more in common with a French/russian/english/japanese 1% than they do with 99% of americans. That is the only reason they support seemingly self destructive behavior by following social trends.

Because in their minds they can move anywhere in the world and instantly fit in with their circle. Nothing will change if they live in New York, London or Paris. They'll find whatever country gives them their tax haven while preaching to everyone else they need to give more to the government and then hiding as much as possible as themselves.

The problem is the only solution is to be to outlaw international corporations. Or make it so that any international corporation pays so heavily in tax that they can't compete against domestic corps.

Suddenly Bill Gates is the darling of the left after they decided he wasn't a robber baron running a monopoly.

Honestly? I would love to go back to old school industrialists who didn't give a shit about how many kids died in their factories. At least they were honest.

Harry Potter was wish fulfillment for weird kids. Where Rowling succeeded was she realized she had to age up the books with her readers. So these weird kids who stayed weird latched onto this fictional world and decided the fictional world is how they're basing their worldviews on and only this world.

Talk to any of these Potter heads and you'll find out that outside of Harry Potter and other books associated with it that they have never read any other books.

Also how do you apologize for someone else's behavior/deeds/statements. Only the person that did something is the one able to apologize otherwise it is complete nonsense and pointless.

The only people that earn or develop their powers in western comics are the villains. Heroes just get them and never have to work for them with only a handful of exceptions.

Outside of being super wealthy batman had to actually train to be batman and iron man actually had to build and maintain his suit. Otherwise characters are either born that way or gifted with superpowers.

The problem is no one has any balls. All the businesses on a block should come together and refuse to comply. And when they try to shut one down they send out texts and have everyone converge on that business to yell and harass at the enforcers. Clog down the enforcement system and you'll see everything suddenly lifted.

Bush is everything wrong with America. His family has been politicians for the last 100+ years while trying to pretend that they are "middle class." They're everything that is wrong with being old school WASP aristocracy.

The fact that they said they suspended all ballot counting until tomorrow makes me slightly optimistic. I don't the politicians in Nevada want to be the deciding state and know that whatever they're holding is enough to flip to red. With somewhere between 68-75% of precincts reporting in(depending on who you ask) and there only being an 8k difference in votes if they know the remaining votes are from the most red counties(highly possibly since Reno and LV account for the blue zones) and that the final 25% will turn the state. And this isn't unprecedented. We saw states like Ohio flip very late in the stage.

So they are purposely are holding out hoping that PA, NC, or GA will flip and then Nevada becomes inconsequential aside from the court battles.

Notice which clients are asking for this. They are companies that will exclusively use white shoe law firms and are demanding that those very exclusive and prestigious firms change for them. Instead of companies reaching out to smaller firms or individual attorneys who meet their diversity quotas.
