I doubt it. I firmly think that the left doesn't think we'll do that, no matter what the provocation is.
They are not unjustified in thinking this, because we haven't yet, despite very significant events that would have, 100 years ago.
If the Feds tried to pull a Waco in 1910? They get a much different result.
I was holding out for a real firebreather who would go into the DoJ and wield a scythe like the Undertaker to lop off heads and post them on pikes. I don't think Matt Gaetz will do that because Matt has not shown himself to be an outside the box thinker.
Ill be honest, I find his extremely rapid rise to prominence extremely suspicious, especially his book and the movie made from it. That shit just doesn't happen, not in today's publishing world that is run almost exclusively by women.
That being said, he's extremely personable in interviews, and he seems to understand much about what modern day politics. That he is a protege of Peter Thiel gives me some pause, but I am fully aware that people like us, the dissidents who shitpost online, don't rise to that level without big money behind it.
I will be watching what he does, and pretty much ignoring what he says. I have watched far too many people run their mouth about doing stuff in D.C. only to be bitterly disappointed by the results to take what anyone says at face value.
The pure folly of the 17th Amendment on full display. It MUST GO
This is a free society
Does anyone want to tell her?
So billionaires can buy elections and run the government now. Nice. Elon is what republicans say Soros is
Elon isn't try to destroy everything he touches, Soros is. They are not the same, and only a reddit faggot would think they are.
I believe that this is official policy, actually. You know why?
Because it has received knowledge in D.C. that Trump supporters are a domestic terrorist threat. We've seen this in leaked government reports over and over again. We like to think they are just being political, in our cynicism, but I think it is obvious now, they really do think that.
Divorce papers, serve her before she does the same to you, and take all your shit.
It took this guy 2,627 words to say voters are dumb and deserve what they voted for, and that he, one of the Anointed, has a moral responsibility (he is even arrogant enough to put that as a heading) to "inform" us, the dumb sheep, what moral reprobates we are, that "we broke it, we bought it."
It is so tiring.
We all keep saying it, but it really is true:
We don't hate these people nearly enough.
SO, the same rag that published the totally fake UVA rape story, and were found liable for defamation for same.
She will fit right in.
Back before men settled points of honor in courtrooms, they were settled in duels. Code Duello was the rules then, and back then you were a lot less willing to run your mouth if you had to back it with your life.
Even this wasn't enough, though. Duelling was outlawed eventually because too many powerful men were getting killed in duels.
That being said, this fucking pretentious dweeb wasn't stuffed into lockers enough in high school....
The obvious heir apparent JD seems to be on board, and as a Marine that was on the application end of neo-con bullshittery, I think he's got an appreciation of what it is like to be a pawn in the way neo-cons do things, so I bet he will consequently choose another path.
Note how so many of the things they say Trump did or will will do are framed as moral arguments, divorced from any nuance as to why they would be done.
They always do that, and there is no debating them on it, there is just defeating them, totally and without any compassion or remorse.
This is the influence of Mitch McConnell in action; quite a few names in the Senate owe their office to McConnell, so they will do McConnell's bidding when their strings are jerked.
The GOPe machine badly, desperately wants one of their own as Majority Leader, because this is how they insulated the Deep State from Trump last time. McConnell was the architect behind why many of the things Trump wanted to do didn't get done.
I have to wonder, Nick Fuentes has been doxxed numerous times before, do they really think that doing it again is gonna make him even blink?
No, it's just gonna make him go even harder.
For a lot of people their personal beliefs are formed not through direct study via research, but are socially formed, and they get emotionally invested into them as they harden.
Take, for example, the "very fine people" hoax. We all know it is a hoax, but there are people out there who really believe it happened, to such a degree it causes them mental pain if you show them the evidence it did not.
Here is another thing: the current information landscape allows these sorts of people to blissfully go through life without being exposed to information that challenges their opinions. This is because all the major institutions are controlled by people just like them. The right does not have this luxury, because of how pervasively leftist all the institutions are, so naturally a conservative has their beliefs challenged many times over the years.
For me, personally, I don't bother engaging with progtards any more. I used to, years ago, when I was a regular on the Ars Technica forums, but the rise of Trump from 2015 on just absolutely broke so many people on those forums that I just could not justify the time and effort it took to engage with people who were so angry at me I could feel spittle flying from my monitor.
I don't think ya'll understand how big of a deal this would be.
BATF has a 50 year long history of making shit up as they go when it comes to prosecuting people for NFA violations. All sort of legal standards they use to prosecute people are entire fabrications concocted out of thin air. Constructive possession is one example, they will charge people with unlicensed possession of a suppressor just for having all the parts to make one, whether you were going to put one together or not. There is no legal language anywhere in the NFA that allows this, but it is a BATF regulation anyway, because they get to make shit up as they go along.
Another thing is there is no written standard their Technical branch follows when it comes to classifying something a firearm or not, or an NFA item or not. It is all professional opinion. In fact, the BATF intentionally doesn't make a written manual for the Technical branch because then their Technical branch inspectors have to follow it.
Putting someone like Brandon in as Director puts a stop to all of this shit. You see, Brandon is a licensed 07 FFL, who can manufacture, not just deal, and he knows lots of other people who also are FFLs.
The SES and GS15 level leadership in the agency will absolutely hate him as Director, I mean with intensity we really cannot understand, and will likely do everything they can to sabotage him.
It says right in the story the police don't have a motive, why is it assumed this was from the election?
See, this is an example of little throw away items in news stories that really irritate me. Never assume, never speculate, it just gives the left license to call you fake news.
I remember when Olberturd was a junior sportscaster on KNBC Los Angeles. I think that is why he is out of his damned mind, he lost the competition for the head sports reporter job to Fred Roggin, and never got over it.
...minus their bank accounts.
I expect this to get worse. Why? Because Democrats don't have any boundaries any more, and the Federal government is well over 90% Democrat.
The person who did this, judging by the name, is black and female, a demographic that voted for Harris over 85% of the time nation wide.
I like the cut of your jib. :)
"The moral arc of the universe isn't going to bend itself."
Here is all you need to read of what this person said.
What have I been saying about these people? They are utterly convinced of their malignant moral virtue, that their intentions are so pure, and that they are so smart, that literally the entire universe is theirs to shape as they will, and anyone who disagrees is evil.
Of course it is, the information needed to debunk that fake news doesn't penetrate its carefully curated information bubble. I guarantee this.... thing still believes the Russiagate hoax, the "fine people" hoax, the laptop was Russian Disinformation hoax, and a whole host of big and small fake news stories.
The idea is to apply the same sort of law that makes drivers licenses good in every state to CCW permits, so a permit good in one state is good in all states.
