I saw some random thumbnail that Trump was going to ensure 2A applies in all states so EVERYONE can carry.

If that happens, I wonder if Black on ANYONE ELSE crime goes down knowing everyone could be carrying..

The idea is to apply the same sort of law that makes drivers licenses good in every state to CCW permits, so a permit good in one state is good in all states.
