I didn't take the first shot because I wasn't convinced I needed it or that it was properly tested for safety. The media and government lied to me about that, but in spite of an unending deluge of lies, I remained unconvinced. I remembered the lies, however.
I didn't take the booster, or the many that followed, because the constantly shifting information regarding efficacy and safety did the opposite of convincing me that it was wise or safe to take the shot. Not only was the government and media lying to me now, huge swathes of the medical establishment was lying to me too, at the behest of pharmaceutical giants. I remained unconvinced, but I remembered the lies.

This is actually the answer. It would remove violent offenders from society with no chance to reoffend. It would remove their ability to reproduce and pass on their defective and disproportionately aggressive genes to future generations. And it would send a chilling, pacifying message to similar criminals that would serve to discourage their plans to jump the border and engage in the same illegal victimization of lawful citizens.
The fact that it would be effective is exactly why it's discouraged as inhumane by ridiculous activists and politicians. It's exactly the reason every social media platform creates a set of safety policies that would be twisted to label it as a call to violence. They don't want the problem solved.
