This is old. Why do the same videos keep getting recycled through the twitter reposter pipeline?

Is there a lack of new cringe content to satisfy the overwhelming appetite for it? The real world tells me that can't be true, since I'm smacked in the face with cringe every day when I cross the threshold to my home and go out into it.
