Every time I press the woke on defining what white supremacy means, they tend to rattle off a bunch of various claims that are tangentially related to each other - everything but the actual definition. The closest definition I've gotten is from their opponents - that it's dogma used by the woke left to destabilize society and seize power.
A better approach might be challenging the idea of equality and expectation of equal outcomes between different groups, but I doubt it'd work
The idea is that the equality of opportunity, not of outcomes should matter. Equality of outcomes means society where everyone is dragged down to the base level of (in)competency, and even a brief glance at 20th century totalitarian regimes shows what hell holes these types of societies tend to be.

I think the problem is that old franchises have become ossified to the point that any innovations in gameplay is seen as being "off brand". 2d Mario games have relied on SMB3's visual style for almost 20 years now, and the latest 3D game leans on gameplay mechanics established in Mario 64. A little bit of playing around with mascot characters is in order. For example, see Cadence of Hyrule, a third party licenced game with LoZ characters that manages to be innovative, charming, and in accordance with the spirit of the Zelda franchise. Imagine doing that with Mario, instead of this stale shit.

I've recently went om a Monster Hunter Ultimate binge. The entire series has gone under my radar until recently, which is a shame.
Its interesting how elements that would've annoyed me in other games - clunky menu systems, endless tutorials, postage stamp sized zones, gear fetishism - are quite enjoyable in MH. It's like someone took a generic grindy jrpg mmo and packed it full of really fun quests and features.

The roguelike genre is almost entirely FOSS, with my favorite being DCSS and Brogue. For RTS games you have OpenTA and Widelands.

No mention of fixing the godawful way vital information is presented in the module. I ran CoS for nearly a year and I had to read and re-read the adventure because important NPCs are scattered all over the book, map keys are used where a descriptive sentence would suit better, and whole paragraphs are used to describe the color of room curtains before bothering to inform the DM there's a hostile monster in the room.

Hyper light drifter, it's a great action adventure with superb sound design. My only pet peeve is that the difficulty curve is a series of straight walls, and that you need to farm medkits to get anywhere.
