Why is there always a choker?
You believe that a person should be punished for their speech
Semi-rhetorical questions (I do not accuse Jones of what follows, just throwing this up to consider what free speech absolutism should entail): what do think of rules about defamation or libel/slander? Or how should people be allowed to respond to written or verbal threats? What counts as speech?
Society has broadly accepted some amount of punishment or retribution for "improper" speech or lying (see also perjury, abetting, entrapment, harassment, disturbing the peace, misleading business partners or investors). I think the burden of proof might be on 'our' end to counteract some or all rules against badspeak.
Would something like Batman vs Superman fit?
I think what he means is building up division within a brand or piece of media. That way you capitalize on both sides of the internal rivalry.
Yes.
slightly less retarded
It's a ridiculous expectation for cops to place the safety of aggressors above their own. Asking for a partner to be in position for assistance is just a little wiser than the aforementioned common cries 'just shoot at non-vital body parts, bruh.'
Don't know when it started (this is the first day I have heard of this story), but some tweeter(s) claimed she was a man (one of them was posted here).
It may have been an assumption based on the video. She was extremely tall (6 ft 6 in), had a deep voice, and didn't necessarily look feminine in the body cam footage.
There's a slightly less retarded question they could ask: where was this officer's backup/partner? If the officers in this department are trained to be this hesitant to use lethal force, it might have been worth having backup to at least attempt a tazer or something else before shooting. If nothing else, they might be needed in case the first officer goes down.
The tweet was posted September 20th. Guess they jumped the gun on giving her honorifics.
Looks like a community note was added to the tweet naming the deceased party. Apparently a basketball player.
Whatever was happening, he had the ruse going since high school. https://ghostarchive.org/archive/JloLy
While the exact age Fleming was transitioned is unknown, early photos posted to his aunt’s Facebook show he was raised as a boy, and only began presenting in feminine clothing in 2016 when he would have been approximately 14 years old. His family members have been careful not to publicly identify him as transgender, but his grandmother referred to him as her “grandson” in an early photo.
Wrong tweet?
The players’ decision and statement were made independently, and without consultation with the University or the athletic department. The players’ decision also does not represent the position of the University.
[...]
The University intends to move forward with the match as scheduled, and the players may choose not to participate in the match on the day of the contest. No players will be subject to any team disciplinary action for their decision not to participate in the match.
Edit: Another odd part of this saga in San Jose is that one of the man's teammates also doesn't want him there.

When Brooke Slusser transferred to San Jose State from Alabama, she had no idea she'd be competing with a male athlete on her women's volleyball team. This was a well-kept secret by the SJSU athletic department.
[...]
"When that first article came out, it was quite literally just a media meeting talking about, 'Don't make comments. If media people come up to you, it's not your story to tell,'" Slusser explained. "And that was really it. It wasn't, ‘How do we feel about this? Are we okay?’ It was how to handle the media and not make it look like there's a problem [...]
last month, Slusser joined more than a dozen other female athletes in suing the NCAA for Title IX violations for allowing male athletes to compete in women's sports and to utilize their locker rooms.
In a way, this presents a good example of being "unburdened by what has been" (previously published).
Edit: alternatively, "What can be [monetized], unburdened by what has been [copyrighted]."

There are likely several thousand small dogs that will have varying reactions to the sight of a Halloween pet costume.
The ones that run away know the true nature of women Halloween.

There's no unique article with that chart. It's from an old reddit post: https://archive.ph/UhtQx
The OP made the chart based on the information from a fivethirtyeight article (see your other comment's reply) focused on imdb ratings.
TL;DR of the 538 article: there are no girls on the internet, but we should cater the top movie list on the internet to them.
It's from imdb, apparently. So, global picks. It looks like a redditor took the data from this 538 article and sorted the lists by differences in ranks by genders.
Have they finally figured out that foreign speaking pattern? Good for them. You can only really start carving out relationships after cutting down communication barriers like that.

Not sure why the best parts of articles are often put at the end...
[Judge] Lugg also refused to dismiss the lawsuit based on Deadspin’s argument that it should have been filed in California, where the Armentas live, instead of Delaware, where Deadspin’s former parent company, G/O Media, is incorporated. One month after the Armentas filed their lawsuit, G/O Media sold the Deadspin website to Lineup Publishing, and the entire staff was laid off.
“Deadspin and Carron Phillips have never shown a morsel of remorse for using a 9-year-old boy as their political football,” Elizabeth Locke, an attorney for the Armentas, said in an email. “The Armenta family is looking forward to taking depositions and presenting this case to a jury at trial.”
A spokesperson for G/O Media said in an email that the company had no comment.
That 'no comment' might be an historic first.
Additionally, the Biden regime is trying to downplay the effects of the storm,
They are? As of yet, it sounds like they've just been avoiding questions about FEMA because of the seemingly slow or poor response and previous funding for aliens.
I think they're OK with highlighting the damage that the storm caused. It can help with their climate change propaganda.
Help me out with this. What is the significance of the CPI (consumer price index for those unfamiliar)?
If it truly is from 8 years ago, this would have been before Trump won 2016.
