Interesting... though the last time leftist made a salute really popular they used just one hand.

At the 11 minute mark you can see the make-up of this cartel, this includes BRIDGE and some manufacturers and media. 9 positions in the executive committee - an uneven number to make it easier to obtain a majority. 6 women to 3 men. Of course their not even pretending to care about that "equity" nonsense and make it 5-4 in order to preserve some appearances, eons of oppression and all that.

Yeah because thinking is overrated (works even better if one's a narcissist). Why should you think about what the character represents/stands for and deduce that it's something you might want to emulate (or avoid)? You just look at skin (you can also choose your own genitals!!!) and say "hey, that's, like, you know, me!1!"

It's probably why we might want to ensure that we have a good enough memory (and a large collection of art worth remembering).

Even when they brag about their "stellar" work, it seems off, like a statement meant to be as neutral as possible. (Paraphrasing) Look guys y'all, this man person we helped make for AC:Valhalla, check out his fade. A diverse warrior named Vagn.

And the only response is from a studio they partnered with... quite the engagement.

I think they already caved once when that whole Spider Man flag situation happened a while back. I don't remember if they did so immediately or if it took a few days. This might just fly under the radar though, seeing as regular diversity is second place to the alphabet mafia.

Like Brennus said, they are activists pushing ideology, there is no unsolicited opinion when it comes to them. Also, remember "everything is political". That's not commentary on the present, it's their vision for a perfect world where everyone is an activist for the cause. There should not be an out for you, no disconnect from everyday life, no escapism, "the work" is never over and you must contribute. How dare you have fun without thinking of everything "wrong" in the world (including you and/or your opinions, possibly)?!

Oh what an interesting dilemma this thing creates:

Officers are also now required to consider “cumulative disruption” from protest, even if the protests in question are organised by different people and about different issues. And the definition of “community” has been changed to include anyone affected by a protest, not just people who live or work in the area it’s happening in.

You can see the possibility of selective/double standard in enforcing this... I'm sure this is just an oversight and surely not intentional. When those groups you don't like start a protest, some others show up, "cause problems" and then you shut it all down. It's all cumulative, innit?!

I wonder, do you have to get a protest approved in the UK, like in other "freer" EU countries (I think that applies to large gatherings), or can it be spontaneous?

Oh, and "community"... what a wonderful little exploit. "Our" community was deeply affected. Yeah, we live in the opposite part of the country, what of it ?

They're probably unable or unwilling to do so, especially their resident drama queen, Andy Chalk. Almost every nontroversy-covering article is/was usually written up by him, just like this one.

One of the many deceiving things about the word is that they've changed the meaning, as they usually do, to no longer meaning "involuntary celibate"; celibate doesn't mean you're a virgin or just not having sex, it means you're not married; you could extend it do just being single and it still doesn't involve just sex. Still, no surprise here, word games are just part of their arsenal. I wonder, how much time until volcel makes an appearance; oh, it already exists, it's called mgtow.

"Unlike the War Thunder leaks of the past, which were unlawful (and theoretically punishable by death in some countries) but mostly harmless."

But I thought every life is precious... And anyway, weren't some of the leaks on the Challenger 2 tanks the UK sent there or was it a different model?

Who in their right mind would think of socialists as "based"? If they got even one thing right, they still can't escape the possibility of being a broken clock.

The accusation is always enough for these people. Now if only they knew what 'fascist' actually means... leftists always hate each-other, always fight each-other.

Apparently, the ADL tries to behave like the orks in WH40K and try to will things into existence.

Are you sure you want to do that? On the off chance that there's a friendly behind that... unit, you'd certainly be ruining their day. I would suggest a a .50 or 20mm HE round.

Apparently you don't even have to go that far back to see this. In 1999 a vaccine against the Rotavirus was pulled after it was found that it caused 1-2/10000 adverse reactions. The latest study from Taiwan puts the number of adverse reactions, at least to the Pfizer one, to 1/1000.

This is in the same vein as "some people did some things", variations on the same theme of talking around the issue when people of you tribe are recognized as having been involved. "At an event something happened" in this case. They usually try fool you into believing that one your people did it, being unhappy with the target etc.

It looks like the Black Templars have their next deployment lined up. Something something heavy flamer something something extreme prejudice.

The only cited one guy saying it's OP and his explanation is this:

Capitalist countries work in 3 layers. Capitalists get around 25-30 pounds pay, clerks and middle managere get around 10-20 while workers around 3-5. After council republic enacted, a special "workers cooperative" ownership is made where the capitalists get nothing and all the excess wealth turned for the workers, making them overall richer. Their PP (purchasing power) is used to buy more basic need,. Making higher demands. Higher pay also make them have higher living standards, so higher immigration. Its just so easy

Haven't played this one yet, only Vic2, can that actually be done or is he making stuff up? Or maybe he posted that just before the collapse, like you explained.

"I hate landowners," wrote(opens in new tab) one player just after release. "I hate these inbred, backass backwards, slave owning, tax stealing, progress blocking, head in the sand, law hating, stupid hat wearing, anachronistic assholes, I hate Landowners."

At the same time, it's not like successful communism is incredibly easy to implement.

There are also alternatives to more liberal communism, like command economies and authoritarian, state-run socialism, but players aren't using them as much—nor are they complaining about them. --- He's almost using the F-word! So close yet so far...

I guarantee you a white teenage male would probably get asked what he knows about Metallica if he wore their shirt.

That actually happened to me in my late teens while walking around in town. I was wearing a Ride the Lightning t-shirt and some random guy walking a few steps behind me, another metal-head, comes and puts his arm around me and asks me if I know Metallica's members on that album, not at the time(2000 iirc). I tell him the names and he just walks away after shaking my hand... I still kinda regret not asking if he was able to read or not (band member names were on the back) but that could've ended badly since he wasn't alone.

It's nice when you get asked stuff like that out of genuine interest and maybe even make few buddies along the way, like you did. On the other hand, maybe a little gate keeping isn't that bad seeing as how some hobbies have been infiltrated by these destructive ass-hats.

Also: FTX Climate

Hmm... Initiatives we support:

Giving Green Giving Green is a guide for individuals and businesses to make more effective climate giving decisions.

(carbon)plan Data and science for climate action.

GoodFoodInstitute Modernizing meat production. The Good Food Institute is a nonprofit think tank and international network of organizations working to accelerate alternative protein innovation.

Hardly surprising, although at this point to keep the lenders from turning them into pariahs, they all pledge allegiance.

You gotta give it to the soviets and he rest of the european leftists, managing to convince so many people that right-wing socialism is a thing, is something I'd never think possible. Well they actually convinced everyone that nationalism is a right-wing doctrine and not just a "flavor" you can add to any doctrine... national communism, national socialism, national liberalism, national conservatism. Also, anarchism is somehow a leftist ideology... even though everything on the left depends on centralized power. That should be the actual extreme right-wing position.
