The vaccine passport will be an app that is linked you your health records so it will be difficult to counterfeit. You will pull out your phone and start the app and it will generate a QR code and that code will be read by a reader app the business has at a kiosk or perhaps another phone that will validate it by sending it to the health department database. The QR code will be different every time since it will include GPS coordinates and a timestamp and some randomized nonsense filler data, which will make it impossible to reuse a QR code.
Some people get the virus and don't even know that they had it, the symptoms were that mild. You might have had a sneezing fit or something months ago and had covid , but you wrote it off as too much pollen in the air or something and paid it no mind.
And there is a test that can show if you have antibodies because of surviving a mild infection like this, and if your antibody levels are high enough it will be a valid excuse not to get the vaccine. The logic being that since you are already immune giving you the vaccine would be a waste of resources.
Don't just sit here and bitch about it and do nothing.
Grow a spine and go on Wikipedia and oppose the rename proposal.
What is the worst they can do? ban a fresh account that took you less than a minute to create? And if you are super civil then their ban will be easily appealable as being unreasonable and the blowback to "GorillaWarfare" could be huge.
Don't let this pass unopposed.
I would say 3/4 of the commenters that were in screen shots taken on re-edit were sock puppets of the authoritarian left. Most of these accounts have now been deleted , not banned , deleted by their owners . It is almost like they were trying to cover up their tracks.
The only form of social network that can be truly free is one that has no central ownership , Basically we need to return to the days of the old style web forums where every group has its own forum and they can choose to associate with other forums by providing links to them. Trying a 'big tent' approach of having everything all under one roof is doomed to failure due to the inevitable conflicts this brings.
There are extremes for everything at one end there is the extreme anti-vaxxers that shit up /pol/ and slide interesting threads into the archive, and at the other end there are the extreme pro-vaxx boot lickers from Reddit who shit up threads everywhere on social media .
Personally I think you should look at the evidence and make up your own mind about what risks you are willing to take with the vaccine and the virus , then shut up about it. This slapfight is being used as a smoke screen for all kinds of bullshit to be introduced that will not go away after the pandemic is declared to be over.
Peer to peer social media and open source social media hubs that anyone can host are a real threat to big-tech run social media giants like facebook and reddit.
It will be next to impossible for them to control the narrative if Joe from down the road can host his own hub for discussions about whatever Joe wants to discuss. Rather than have one social media marketing team embedded on a site like facebook , they will have to prowl the net trying to cover hundreds of thousands or perhaps millions of independent nodes of a network, and it will simply not be viable for them to bribe the admins of each of these nodes or buy a stake in them (like tencent did for reddit, the CCP has a $150m stake in reddit/future publishing) like they do for major social media companies.
One of BLM's standard tactics is to hitch their cause to other more popular movements and try to take them over.
They have done this with the gay pride flag , demanding and getting their colours attached to it . Despite most black people being black southern baptists that are opposed to gay pride.
They also took over the progressive movement back in the 2016 election season and effectively scuttled any internal opposition to Hillary's cabal and their hold over the democrat party.
They are parasites who latch onto other movements and try to use them to generate publicity so they can raise millions in donations that funds the real estate portfolio of BLM's upper leadership while spending the absolute bare minimum of their own funds on their stated goals, which usually consists of advertising to link them to other movements.
The greatest irony of the lot however is that Trump , the one person they despise above all others has done more to help ordinary people (including ordinary black people) than they ever have.
I would put the cut off date at 2014, there was a bit of a 'silver age' as the golden age declined and some good games came out every year.
Unlike now where a good game might come out every year or so if we are lucky.
