I offered to help deal with spam accounts ages ago, and specifically spam accounts rather than everything else that goes on, but apart from Dom saying "I might have to consider doing that. I really need to do more community outreach and less moderating." almost 3 years ago nothing has happened to the point I don't give a shit any more.
He's had literal years to work on this in some way, even just bringing on a handful of others to zap blatant spam accounts, and instead we now have the current situation of the same obvious spammer using multiple accounts on a daily basis to post spam, gore, and other material which are likely going to result in actionable legal responses which ironically Dom will be responsible for having not taken sufficient steps when able considering just how many offers he's had for assistance.
Why they didn’t use Doom or Galactus is beyond me
They've never done those characters well, what would more attempts achieve other than to fuck up other ideas done by actually well received writers?
I'm somewhat dreading they will attempt a Rabum Alal plot since that still fits into the role Kang serves, the problems with that idea are:

It only works with decades of material with the existing character, same problem the CW Flash did doing Flashpoint so early in the show.

Rabum Alal was one of Hickman's stories and Marvel keep fucking up his works, so if they do end up relying on him to try and save the MCU it's going to be all kinds of ironic.
His recent G.O.D.S. comic was canceled midway through. His Krakoa X-Men comics were taken over by both the company and other writers who wanted to milk the idea for longer than Hickman had originally planned.

Dom wasn't the one who removed those posts, or prevented them I guess could be another way to put it. The filters did which means he wasn't needed around at the time. Sure he likely set them up after the testing that happened but the important point is that it wasn't a problem waiting on a mod for hours/days to be actively online to take direct action towards.

Remember, that was the math done for only his activity on KiA2, something he tried to dismiss by arguing the number of crossposts to other boards explained why the numbers were so high. Except I didn't count any of those, so the "real" numbers were higher still and he ended up proving my point.
tl;dr he would average about 50 comments a day, most of the time arguing with others over nothing like a stereotypical contrarian since many of his own points were simply flat out against what others were saying, even when it was things said that supported him. He's that fucking stupid.
Logs are very busy the last day or so and Dom is hardly present. There's 25 entries per page and of those Dom is only 5 of them. Everything else is Globalfilter and CommunityFilter slapping down spam posts so whatever test posting was going on yesterday seems to mean the filters are far more resilient.
