Favorite ever? Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari is an all timer for sure. Ryo from supercell is the GOAT and Yanagi Nagi's voice is always a treat.
It was mostly boomer NPCs who heard his retarded comments from a few years ago and lacked the brainpower and independent thought capacity to look at what he's done since then to evaluate whether he has truly changed his mind since then or is just saying what people want to hear. Anyone who has been following him for the last couple years knew he's one of the best populist figures in American politics right now.
As an Ohioan who put my credibility on the line telling family members to vote for him in the Senate primary a couple years back, I am feeling pretty good right now.
Anyone know what happens if they nail Trump before the election? Would it become Vance at the head of the ticket?
The "near MLK Blvd" part is the most hilarious part for me. When you see MLK street or avenue or blvd in a place you're unfamiliar with you can be decently sure it's a dangerous part of town.
First I saw of it was a Facebook post of a girl whose cat went missing only to see it strung up dead in a neighbors yard being prepped for consumption. Obviously social media posts can be bullshit but not sure that counts as there being nothing to back it up.
It's a report that members of a culture that eat cats took a cat to eat it. I don't need to see a video of them physically stealing the cat to believe it's happening, and you implied in your post that neither do you. The reason why it's a win to bring it up is most normies agree with us here. The more people look into it the more they will either see information that leads them to believe it's probably true, or see other unrelated but still negative info about the migrants.
You make a meme about VNs getting worse with time and you fill it with this? Seriously? Clannad, despite the whacky art style, is one of the best VNs of all time.
The 2000s was very much still in the heyday of the industry with all time classics being released every year, often multiple per year. Hell, FSN, one of the best and most popular VNs ever, also came out in 2004, the same year as Clannad.
VNs getting worse is not a thing that largely occurred between the mid 90s and mid 2000s, it was really the 2010s where the number of amazing titles started plummeting. And while subjectively speaking you could point to art as one of the contributing factors, I would argue the much bigger contributor is a lot of the best studios closed up shop and stopped making them.
Most of the best VNs out there have a more modern looking moe art style than the works on the top part of this meme, but nothing like the derpy style of early Key works that gets clowned on even by major fans of Maeda's stories.
Extremely skeptical upon reading that list. Not optimistic but I hope it proves me wrong.
I can't believe I forgot about Rainbow Dildo Butt Monkey. How time flies....
I remember when some sperg on here was adamant RFK Jr was nothing but a plant to steal the election from Trump.
How does that place stay unbanned? I thought reddit cracked down on that stuff.
This was the first thing that came to mind for me as well. I used streams like this for the first few months that I watched anime, but quickly moved to torrents. Perhaps it's just a habit thing? If I'd been using streams for over a decade at this point it'd probably feel hard to make the move. I imagine many are in that boat. I don't think people realize how easy it is before they actually start doing it.
So damn weird. Who would they rather the ICU beds go to? Surely not the vaccinated; anyone with the vax could never get that sick from covid.
The 3rd girl isn't even pretty. They didn't even need to uglify her and they went above and beyond to make her even worse lmao.
Sounds like a fun conversation with your fellow inmates.
"What're ya in for?"
"Well...."
Who the fuck is Kerry Kennedy? No one cares about that retard. Think what you want about him, but RFK Jr is way more popular than whoever the hell that is at this point.
Already been said, but playing runescape as a kid definitely has made me into a bloodhound that can sense a scam coming from a mile away.
Then just all sorts of stuff like math, strategy, long term planning, etc. Zelda games, strategy games like Civ and Fire Emblem and things like that are fun and great for kids in my opinion.
Thanks for the rundown. Yeah I've seen videos where Japanese people say they look Japanese but I've never really thought of the mechanism behind it.
I'd have loved if Smith trolled the fuck out of you and insisted they all look black to him.
Not the dude you're responding to, but it's always been obvious to me that most anime characters look most like white people. For as much as they can look like anyone with their humongous eyes and exaggerated features.
I'm implicitly aware that most of the time they're Japanese due to the setting and that this is just a choice made for stylistic purposes. I recall an episode of Log Horizon....in season 2 maybe(?) where the main character morphs himself to show what he looks like in real life. That is the closest attempt I've seen to portraying how actual Japanese people would look in anime form.
I play a lot of OSRS. This is the type of update that would cause a shitstorm in the comments on the sub reddit. Can't seem to find it posted anywhere despite the fact that updates are always posted there. Really activates the almonds.
I worked in a lab that analyzed mercury samples regularly for regulatory purposes. Not familiar with Texas specifically, but those numbers seem quite low. I would be quite surprised if those were over the limit for that jurisdiction. And even if they are, it's a far far far cry from what would be considered "egregious."
Never considered that. Thanks, I'll definitely keep it in mind if I end up there again.
Wow that's pretty rough. I haven't interacted with the reddit board for a while because this place has clearly been the better option for a long time. That thread confirms it's only gotten worse over there. The same self feeding cycle that made the quality of the general reddit userbase tank has gradually ruined the few reasonable boards left.
If you go in the summer make sure to take appropriate precautions. I got sunburnt beyond recognition the first day. So much so that I wore long sleeves and jeans the next day despite humid 90 degree heat just to not risk getting further burnt.
Zero regrets though. Would do it again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend it if you are interested in going.
Halloween decorations are really getting on my nerves lately and I like Halloween. There are multiple houses nearby that have giant (10 feet or so) tall skeletons in their yard. Sounds cool right? I thought so too. During October. Multiple houses have left them out all year. All fucking year giant human skeletons littering the neighborhood. Quickly moved from a cool decoration to an eyesore.
