It's not just low-income immigration that's bad. "Skilled" immigration is bad too, and not just because it drives down wages, but that's part of it.

WW1 is notoriously complicated - it's like the Schleswig-Holstein issue and quantum mechanics rolled into one. The best explanation I know is that WW1 was caused by German fear of rising Russian power - the infamous Thucydides trap that came up a while back. England joined for balance of power reasons, and France and Italy joined for irredentism, while Austria was trying to stave off imperial collapse by a revolt of the so called submerged nations. Undoubtedly an oversimplification on all counts, but it ought to be close enough.

Obviously, ruling classes use nationalism, they don't go to war for nationalistic reasons as opposed to raison d'etat. You could argue that people would have refused to fight in such a stupid war if it were not for nationalism. But nationalism is not incompatible with refusing to fight for the stupid wars of the ruling classes, in fact, these days in Europe it is incompatible with fighting for them.

But in a time of the EU, demonizing nationalism works well. However, if you don't like nationalism, wait till you see anti-nationalism.

It's WW1 propaganda, which is blamed on nationalism.

Just explaining, not saying it's right: 'nationalism' is regarded as denigrating other peoples in a mean way or unironically hating them (unless it's Germans whom it's OK to hate).

Europeans also have no idea what America is like (same as the other way around), they tend to think that America is very 'racist', and that it has 0 social welfare systems.

But you weren't talking about who is white and who isn't. You were talking about whether Jews assimilate. They do, and Spain proves that at least, regardless of whether you call them white, black or purple.

Most Jews throughout history assimilated and disappeared as a distinct people. Look at Spanish Jews: the vast majority converted and became Spanish Catholics (some very faithful ones, Teresa of Avila had converso ancestry), while a small remainder was expelled.

Dehumanizing? Sounds like common sense to me.

Question: what other ethnicity has activists and lawfare trying to debank people, ban them from entry, and destroy their husband's career for criticism of what they regard as their real country? Are people from Fiji trying to destroy your life if you criticize the human rights record of Fiji?

There is something seriously wrong here, and you don't have to believe that "Jews are evil" to see that.

She's not persecuted for being pro-Muslim or pro-refugee. She's being persecuted for being critical of Israel. It's meant to deter criticism of Israel, not being pro-Muslim or pro-refugee - all of whom are perfectly fine to destroy society, as long as they don't say anything about Israel.

Anyway, I don't support debanking for anyone. If someone is pro-refugee, that merits prosecution for treason, not debanking based on unaccountable executive overreach.

What's up with saying you'll visit Israel first? They did the same thing in the Mamdani election. So bizarre.

Being unprincipled doesn't follow from seeking social support for your children.

Yeah, I don't understand why the 'argument' against slurs is that "they have been used to do X". As if the syllables themselves have some sort of power beyond what people give them.

It's mostly Indians. I don't know any country besides the UK, the worst country in Europe, which is importing Pakistanis.

I'm actually glad with that. Immigration should cause immediate discomfort and not just long-term discomfort, or people will be too lazy to resist it.

Netanyahu, Smotrich and Ben Gvir are the best pieces on the board for the anti-zionists. The others are just as bad, if not worse, but they have much better diplomatic skills, and they're much more difficult to vilify.

And it's true for average Israelis as much as their politicians.

He literally sounds like a CoD villain doing his monologue, how the fuck did this inbred ratoid get elected with such poor diplomacy skill?

You answered your own question.

Did you change your argument completely to "women are unprincipled" to "women need social support for their children"?
