Then use multiple government services claiming she's alone in the house and raising the kid alone. This gets nearly all her bills paid more or less by the gov.

Now, since the couple's bills are paid, they'll use SOME of the EBT for food. They will then sell the other half or more for .50c on the dollar. Turning their scam into more money for drugs and whatnot.
