According to Disparate Impact Theory, the beautiful mercy of assisted suicide is disproportionately benefiting white Canadians. The Canadian government should aggressively promote assisted suicide in all non-white populations until greater equity is achieved.

You're off by several orders of magnitude.
Canada's population being 40 million, this number is 1/400 of that, so 0.25%.
For perspective, that's 20% of the foreign nationals imported each year.
