I have a black female supervisor who cannot plan more than 5 minutes into the future and is more interested in playing on her phone than actually getting the strap I need for my scanner.

She is utterly incompetent, is running 2 of us in my position instead of the 3 that we used to run, and because of that we are constantly falling behind, but I guess if she saves on labor she gets a year end bonus or something.

She violates the Teamsters contract at least 20 times a day to the point that I gave up filing grievances, and has been retaliating against me by sticking me on shitty work to the point that I now have a hernia that hasn't finished poking through, so the surgeon can't actually fix it until it does. So now every time I lift a box more than 40 lbs my balls feel like they are going to explode.

Morale in our section is at its lowest that it has ever been. It has been a little over a year since our competent White male supervisor got swapped with her and everyone spends the whole shift trying to look busy so that she doesn't bitch at them.

And now that the Hispanic woman on the other end of the belt, who makes $20/hr more than I do, is complaining that she actually has to pull her weight, they keep making me do her work as well. Apparently because I have a penis I have the supernatural ability to be in two places simultaneously while lifting air conditioners.

I fucking hate it here now.
