Weather manipulation for geopolitical pressure/conflict purposes is expressly a war crime. Which means that, when they made such a rule, it was a real enough possibility to list and bring it up. And that was a while ago.
Simple cloud seeding is definitely a thing, Japan did it to ensure no rain during their Olympic opening ceremonies (with permission from the UN). But that's not temperature control, it's just forcing it to rain earlier so it doesn't later. Changing temperatures by 5 degrees is such a colossal amount of energy that it isn't practical: Ask any climate change skeptic OR alarmist, how much fossil fuel, how much energy, is needed to even move the needle one degree. The entirety of the human race's energy output for decades.
And all that hot air doesn't stay in one place. Air moves. Your fridge doesn't work nearly as well open, as it does closed, and your fridge only had one wall/segment exposed to open air when open, not the complete open air of a coastline and several country borders.

Well if it rains, the evaporation effect will cool the Earth, and that's besides the addition of cloud cover. Not as much energy as you would expect, because you're just allowing deeper penetration of the natural cloud cover into the land mass.
They're not creating the heat, they're just moving it from once place to another. All it requires is changing the direction of the wind. All that requires is heating the upper atmosphere. All that requires is a radio transmitter site that fits inside 10 acres, which all only requires 1M to 10M watts.

It's actually the average density of the interior of the space. Air itself is a shitty conductor of heat, and with low moisture, does not retain it.
No but if you find a local climate pattern that's driven by 1 key input, say moisture coming off the ocean, it's pretty easy to disrupt that original input.

There are plenty of published research papers and declassified government documents detailing weather manipulation of all kinds, including steering hurricanes, stopping rain, starting rain, creating tornadoes, creating floods, creating earthquakes, using the ionosphere as a resonating, emf amplifying mirror to affect weather anywhere on earth, etc etc etc. This shit has been possible since at least the 60's, from the first very public hurricane steering experiment which made a harmless storm make a 150° turn back into land and double in strength before crashing into Georgia and South Carolina.
Numerous governments around the world have public weather modification programs. The UAE's program is regularly featured on the news discussing the weekly forecast.

What I'm reading is that the Iranians never actually tweeted this. They targeted "strategic assets" in the UAE including Amazon's data centers, but never claimed to have targeted secret high-tech weather control devices.
I'm also reading that Tehran is experiencing highs in the 60s and Baghdad is experiencing highs in 80s, which is totally normal for April; and that they're getting occasional thunderstorms with the same frequency they got last year and pretty much every year.

I've been monitoring the weather locally for 5 years. I can prove this with data. It's been manipulated. The Biden years were the absolute worst.
And same here. 80 degrees and dry in March. Contrails all day every day.
Then they stopped. Then the weather cooled down to 55. It's rained 8 times since then.
In Cali, an area where our friends live just got hit with quarter size hail, tornadoes, and torrential downpours. They said there's a tendency for spring showers during this time of year but nothing like what they just experienced.
This isn't the largest farming region in the country because it occasionally rains in the spring. If you look back to 2007-2010 the spring and autumn storms were bigger and more frequent than they are now.

Cloud seeding works by misting silver iodide into the clouds directly from an airplane. It's not some secret base with a doomsday dial-o-cloud that you can blow up and win.
Iran is running out of water because their limited resources are over-exploited and mismanaged and they live in a god forsaken desert. They're desperate to find any external cause of this and project their insecurity onto others - that's why they threatened to blow up every desalination plant in the world a few weeks ago. How did that go for them btw? I haven't checked up on it.
Iran is not only desert. This is the poor geography studies of American (((schools))) showing. The northern region is very green due to moist air coming of the Caspian Sea.

Iran is 60% desert or arid, then mountains. Only a sixth of their landmass is fertile without irrigation. So, yes, it's not all desert, but they still use a lot of water in agriculture and don't have a whole lot of it in most of the country.
Anyone who played Battlefield 3 knows Iran isn't a desert.

The entire area has been desert or semi-desert for thousands of years. Weather fluctuates. Sometimes hot, sometimes cold. Sometimes windy, sometimes calm & etc.
