What I'm reading is that the Iranians never actually tweeted this. They targeted "strategic assets" in the UAE including Amazon's data centers, but never claimed to have targeted secret high-tech weather control devices.
I'm also reading that Tehran is experiencing highs in the 60s and Baghdad is experiencing highs in 80s, which is totally normal for April; and that they're getting occasional thunderstorms with the same frequency they got last year and pretty much every year.
