As other posters have pointed out, the "colorblind" is a lie anyway. It's always blatantly discriminatory DEI hiring with a thin veneer of plausible deniability, there's no actual meritocracy there.

The use of the word "clunky" is funny. Like they want to say "catastrophic" or any of 100 different, more accurate terms but somehow have to tailor the statement specifically to the handful of sensitive retards running the BBC who will shut down the agency writing the report.
