Sceptical though I am, I am surprised they are even prepared to risk bringing back the word 'tokenism' at all. They have been determined never to use that word in the last decade or so because its existence reminds normies what DEI is.

This probably just reflects a worry that whites are waking up. Sprinkle a few happy headlines to make them snooze again.
