As other posters have pointed out, the "colorblind" is a lie anyway. It's always blatantly discriminatory DEI hiring with a thin veneer of plausible deniability, there's no actual meritocracy there.
There are zero niggers on TV. They're all magical educated White people that are polite and articulate, but some of them have dark skin. It's an illusion. They'll never put a real nigger on screen.
