All commodities are subject to supply and demand. That includes housing and labor.
Migrants inevitably damage the host society. This is why discussion between legal or illegal immigration is so pointless. If they don't belong, they don't belong. A piece of paper doesn't change that.
I don't agree with that. The damage caused by migration is a product of the quantity and quality of migrants, but the level at which that occurs isn't anything above zero. You can poach German nuclear physicists and rocket scientists and your society will be better off for it.
A national body is like a human body. It runs real well on its own, but you need a tiny bit of exposure to outside elements or it'll lose its immune response. Too much, and you just get sick, though.
Shouldn’t surprise anyone. I live in Texas and people moving here from other states affects housing costs. So it shouldn’t be surprising that mass immigration affects it. Why the media acts like this is racist is beyond me. Well, I know why they are doing it but still is ridiculous
Yeah, it's too much of a limited hangout to specifically lament solely about "illegal immigration". The "mass migration" nomenclature you used in lieu of the OP graphic's "illegal" terminology is a lot better framing that all invaders are bad & unwelcome regardless of paperwork status.
Canada has bee irreparably changed & destroyed with millions of infinity Indian imports over the last 4 years. And according to legal documentation, it was all above board.
I'm almost suspicious that those that promote the invasion, either openly or by implication, are also secret anti environmental considering rather than kick the illegals out thereby freeing up housing stock, they instead promote the building of MORE homes on once open and wild land.
Of course there's the obvious they just want to use this to artificially keep housing prices high for their own gain, but part of me can't help thinking that considering in EVERY other field this older generation of property owners seem to drain everything of worth from younger generations.
yep, the ongoing number of illegal immigrants being thrown around is 10M, but that number from the ancillary data like water usage, # of cell phones, grocery store purchases, is probably in the order of 40M, and there are 55M in the US on visas.
everyone that has come here or been born to someone who has come here since 1965 and did not qualify under previous rules is here against the will of the american people
While I agree with the sentiment of this post this is not a good analogy.
Supply and demand is not the problem with housing. The problem with housing is the fucking jewish banking system and financing
You cannot buy a house with straight up cash. The ONLY THING THAT ALLOWS THE PRICE TO KEEP INCREASING IS FINANCING
The reasons browns can price you out of the market is because they will live like cockroaches in inventory you would never touch with preferential financing at below market interest rates.
Meanwhile you’re stuck trying to figure out a 60 year fucking mortgage.
Besides you don’t want track-farms of shitty houses built from literal cardboard on 2000ft plots flooding the market. That does nobody any favors.
This is not a supply and demand problem this is a monetary problem.
Homeowners don't get paid shit. We just get higher taxes whenever the county reassesses.
And the equity is nice and all, but you know what will happen to it? It will go into the next home purchase. Or into financing more debt through a HELOC or something.

Not just commodities. All things. Literally, everything.

Eh, maybe. That's how we ended up with the CIA.

Well true. People who shouldn’t be here raising housing costs is a serious issue that the mainstream ignores
The purpose of a system is what it does. The destruction of the west is the goal, liberals are useful idiots for the bankers.
Open borders for Israel now.
You know why, their handlers want mass immigration
True. Just disgusting how completely biased they are

The majority of land in this country is owned by the federal government. There is so much land it's hardly an actual factor.
They were sold the American dream. They're going to drive America into the ground in order to get the retirement they always dreamed about.
Reminder India literally has a garbage mountain so large it can be seen from space
And arguing the point with leftists is utterly pointless because they're both brainwashed and economically illiterate.
"Why are you blaming immigrants, bro? It's capitalism, bro!"
And then Shapiro says yeah it's capitalism working as intended, just move somewhere else you can afford bro
The "offical" immigration population in America is 14-16%.
And in other news, water is wet and the sky is blue.

Get rid of them all. every single one.

yes. There are a lot of laws that need to be reinstated
Hart-Cellar Act
McCarran-Walter Act
Smith-Mundt Act

It's both
Owners dont get shit either because of taxes and other bullshit
