All commodities are subject to supply and demand. That includes housing and labor.
Migrants inevitably damage the host society. This is why discussion between legal or illegal immigration is so pointless. If they don't belong, they don't belong. A piece of paper doesn't change that.
Not just commodities. All things. Literally, everything.
I don't agree with that. The damage caused by migration is a product of the quantity and quality of migrants, but the level at which that occurs isn't anything above zero. You can poach German nuclear physicists and rocket scientists and your society will be better off for it.

A national body is like a human body. It runs real well on its own, but you need a tiny bit of exposure to outside elements or it'll lose its immune response. Too much, and you just get sick, though.
