I don't mind the scenes where people are just standing around to be mostly still frames and mouth flaps. At least they're making those still frames look good.
If you like Spy X Family, you might like "Alma-chan Wants to Be a Family!"
The daughter is a combat android. Her "parents" are the scientists who created her, who decide to keep family appearances, and don't really like each other, unless...
Very similar vein but with a more deadpan kid and more easily flustered adults.
OPM seemed doomed from the start. Season 1 was great but season 2 turned into the very same thing they mocked in S1. Still, hoping they can turn things around in S3.
I have quite a few old ones to get to first. Like I want to buy the vol 1 omnibus of attack on titan and beserk and start watching. Also see if I can find Trigun
Have watched the first episodes of a couple new ones, but so far only 4 interested me enough to also watch ep 2.
Pass the Monster Meat Milady: Some shoujo romance between a noble lady that likes to eat monster meat, which is considered taboo and some duke that's considered scary, because he likes fighting monsters. The gimmick looks fun and the protagonists are cute, so it's promising.
Mechanical Marie: More or less romcom, where a very stoic lady has to pretend to be a robot, because the rich guy she's working for, wanted a robot maid, because he distrusts humans, but technology simply isn't advanced enough for that. The gimmick so far has been fun.
My status as an assassin obviously exceeds the hero's: Seems to be generic isekai slop, but so far has been mildly entertaining.
The banished court magician aims to become the strongest: Generic "boohoo MC's party kicked him out, even though he's the besterestest" slop, but again, so far entertaining.
I'm enjoying Scoobyover right now. Someone is playing non stop Scooby Doo Episodes on YouTube. I'll be looking up Escaflowne to watch with the family as well
I should rewatch Escaflowne. I think I was too young to really appreciate it the last time I sat down to watch through it. That the shojo component just made my eyes glaze over. It's still got some of the best music though. Nothing comes close to touching Dance of Curse.
Gonna watch Campfire Cooking in Another World 2, One Punch Man 3 and Let this Grieving Soul Retire 2, too.
There's also a ton of new isekai/fantasy stuff that sounds at least interesting enough to bookmark: A Gatherer's Adventure, Hero Without a Class, Potion Wagami wo Tasukeru, The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest, My Gift Lvl 9999 Unlimited Gacha.
Maybe a couple of romance series: Pass the Monster Meat Milady!, Dad is a Hero Mom is a Spirit I'm a Reincarnator
I generally just check the newest additions on the anime site I use and bookmark anything new that sounds remotely interesting and when the season is done I check them out. Until then I'll just go through my backlog. Currently watching Ascendance of a Bookworm.

Make up your own mind, of course, but I'll give my personal impressions on the ones I've watched.
Gatherer's Adventure: I'll likely drop this one. I'll give it another episode, maybe two, but the tone is just annoying, and the characters feel at best flat, at worst annoying. It seems aimed at much younger audiences too. Just really doesn't do it for me. Worst of the bunch by far, for me at least.
Hero Without a Class: Nothing special, but decent enough. Standard "MC is somehow grotesquely OP" stuff, but decent characters and interactions. Okay. Funny in places. Gold digger chick is funny. It's slop, but I'm enjoying this one.
The Banished Court Magician: Another simply okay one. We'll see how it develops, but it feels a little flat in places.
My Gift Lvl 9999 Unlimited Gacha: Another okay/wait and see one. Doesn't take itself too seriously.
Dad is a Hero Mom is a Spirit I'm a Reincarnator: It's interesting this is tagged "romance." So far it's basic isekai with a cozy bent.
One you didn't mention, that I talked about in my other comment, is the Assassin one. It's still too early to tell, but for my tastes it has the most potential of the isekais this season.
My standards are a bit low because several of the last few ones I've watched (or at least tried watching) were absolute dogshit (Uglymug Epicfighter, Another World with my Smartphone 2, The Stunned Hero and Assassin Princesses) so I'll take mediocre slop.
Dad is a hero was tagged as romance and I skipped through the episodes randomly and there wasn't much happening so I went with it.
Forgot about the Assassin one. Got that bookmarked too.
This Monster Wants To Eat Me. The manga is terrific & the anime brings every good part of it to the screen! The first 2 episodes have introduced the main characters, the "spit" starts hitting the fan soon!
Mechanical Marie. Light hearted & silly so far, that's fine! A woman pretends to be a robot.
Alma-chan Wants A Family. Also light-hearted fun. A robot pretends to be a little girl.
Uma Musume: Cinderella Gray. Every season & OVA series gets better! It's essentially a sports training/school life/ SoL comedy. With horsegirls. 😺
Campfire Cooking, and Awkward Senpai, as you mentioned.
One Punch Man S3.
Gnosia is interesting (Mafia/Werewolf/Among Us, the anime), but has some warning signs.
My Status as an Assassin Obviously Exceeds the Hero's is interesting, and I generally like the tone, but I have some issues with some character actions and stuff. Basically, if they behaved more reasonably, they could have avoided a bunch of problems.
Solo Camping for Two is continuing. Cozy. Gachiakuta continuing as well. Only watched a bit, but looking to catch up.
I watched the first episode of the new season of One Punch Man. I think I'm just going to reread the comic. The animation and direction are still awful compared to the first season.
Fall season looks pretty bleak honestly so I'm probably going to spend it catching up on some of my backlog. The only thing that really stands out is the finale of My Hero Academia, but I'm going to wait until that's finished airing so I can binge it.
I don't know what's in season and a weird part of me doesn't care. However.....
I finally finished Thunderbolt Fantasy. Yes I call it a anime because puppetry is a form of animation, and it's from Japan. However it was just a visual delight, the characters were really fun too, I never imagined seeing so much action and motion in a show that uses PUPPETS!
I am going to try and finish watching Golden Kamui, I enjoy it and the outrageous rogues gallery it has but I must of missed a few details because there are some characters I don't know and events happened that went over my head.
After all these years I finally finished Macross Frontier, and I heard some things about Macross Delta that got my attention so I'll give it a chance.
I'm aching for more mech anime though, maybe I'll see 88 but at the same time I kind of don't want to see that one? Maybe I'll finally finish watching Victory Gundam, lol.
Spy X Family, One Punch Man
the rest didn't catch my fancy

God I'm worried about OPM. First episode was already awful with art and animation.
OPM seemed doomed from the start. Season 1 was great but season 2 turned into the very same thing they mocked in S1. Still, hoping they can turn things around in S3.
Same studio as last season. It's gonna be complete dog shit again.
yeah, not to mention the entirety of season 2. it's still entertaining enough for me to watch, but it's no season 1.
Umamusume: Cinderella Gray, Season 2
I have quite a few old ones to get to first. Like I want to buy the vol 1 omnibus of attack on titan and beserk and start watching. Also see if I can find Trigun
I'm still working my way through bleach to the thousand year blood war. While still maintaining one piece. I got enough on my plate with just those 2.

One of the best Isekai ever made.
Nobody mentioned the Chainsaw Man movie huh? That's okay, I'll watch enough times for all of you.
Gonna watch Campfire Cooking in Another World 2, One Punch Man 3 and Let this Grieving Soul Retire 2, too.

Plus Spy x Family, OPM and some others.

Oh shit I just realized One Punch season 3 is out.
