The absolute chutzpah of Gordan Peterson to accuse others of being like the Pharisees meanwhile Peterson sucks up to the jews who are the literal descendents of the Pharisees both physically and ideologically.
Peterson is the guy who hates people saying "Christ is King" and will claim you are being like the Pharisees if you say that , because it hurts the feelings of his precious jews
This one is really interesting.
The bit at around four minutes is quite tragic. People rightly mocked Peterson for crying way too much...but at least he cared.
I'd take that over modern, to use his own terms, psychopathic Peterson. Crying, overly-empathetic Peterson was infinitely preferable to this monster.
Him being a smug and hateful bastard in contrast to him crying about the plight of young men...it's tough. Him crying never really touched me...but him crying in contrast to him selling out, it's pretty damn heartbreaking.
It's an utterly devastating comparison. Similar to that meme of Douglas Murray destroying himself, this is Jordan Peterson destroying himself, not in argument, but attitude. Peterson showing empathy, versus Peterson condemning others for not being empathetic.
The body language is also striking. Peterson is essentially two different people at this point. Shockingly, crying Peterson was the better person, by a fucking longshot.

Peterson turned against the "incels" the moment they started talking against jews.
It's amazing how many people just shut down whenever you bring them up. Not even in a con pro way, just noticing trends and patterns.
Makes you wonder, was he on drugs back then or now? I'm not talking about recreational but psychological drugs. That change in personality sounds pretty severe.
He went to Russia to go into a months long medically-induced coma in 2020 in order to combat what was at that point a severe addiction to benzos, which has severe enough withdrawal symptoms to potentially have killed him.
How long before that point he was on them I couldn't tell you, but the answer to your initial question is "yes, he was on psychological drugs".

While I comprehend WHY anyone on this site, forced to the margin of discourse as we are, would be aggrieved by that position at first pass, I think you're reading a bit much into it. He's angry at the twitterati, much as we are.

Not sure what exactly the "Twitterati" is, but whoever they are is afforded to the same free and anonymous speech as we are. Anyone who would say otherwise, or defend other people who are campaigning for the alternative, do not actually believe in free speech.

I admire much of what Peterson did, and will always defend him for his positive contributions, but he's a shadow of his former self. That was clear for quite some time, and his recent behavior isn't even novel.
Peterson is a sad joke at this point, and he's on the side of evil.

I'm not sure this is true, at least not for the clip featured. This was already late stage Peterson in Sept 2022, after whatever damage one may speculate he suffered from the benzos episode. Musk completed the Twitter takeover only one month later. By December 2022 Peterson was already ranting about 'anonymous coward troll demons'.
Whatever is making him cry here (and it wasn't the last time he spun some Tears For Piers) I think it's too simple to ring it up as pure empathy. Probably a lot of ambivalence and confusion which was making it difficult to know what to say or think. The deadpan 'sure. why not,' in response to Piers asking him whether he championed incels, felt like an unenthusiastic way to commit to that stance, so I think his stance was already changing.
Peterson was good before he had that mental breakdown and went on benzos. He went to "rehab" (which I believe was something akin to an mk ultra re education camp) and came out the other side shitting all over the people he previously supported. The real tell that he had changed was when he started obsessing over twitter trolls by comparing them to nazis, and joined the Daily Wire, thus solidifying his support of the ZOG.
It really sucks, because before his drug addiction he was one of the few "conservative" media figures that was capable of eviscerating manipulative journalists in real time. A good example is when he practically reduced Cathy Newman to tears on live television. We basically didn't see stuff like that again until we got JD Vance doing it to reporters. Pretty much every other conservative media figure has to spend hours dismantling the manipulations that leftists use in their arguments, and that makes it very difficult to do on the fly.
It's a great tragedy that someone so capable turned into such a lolcow.
This is what JP always was, and if you were smart enough to see past his bafflegarble, you would never have fallen for his act in the first place.
