They are the ones who convinced (or threatened) the C-Suite into thinking that the only way to make money in the future was race communism and genital mutilation. They really, literally, push the idea that more blacks, women, trans = more money, and that there is no further needed analysis than that.

Further, I lived in Oregon, specifically the Portland area basically right from Trump's victory, and they are ALL like this. If they're not true-believers, they are scared to death of the ones that are so their behavior is indistinguishable.

A few years ago those HR people could get anyone fired by accusing them of being ist or phobe. Or at least had the illusion that they could do that.
