Is anyone doubting it?

No, but it's also rage bait as well.

I've been trying to explain that HR is a fully ideologically captured industry.

They are the ones who convinced (or threatened) the C-Suite into thinking that the only way to make money in the future was race communism and genital mutilation. They really, literally, push the idea that more blacks, women, trans = more money, and that there is no further needed analysis than that.

Who can argue against that without being called and ist and a phobe? Things have to get very bad before things turn around.

You reject it utterly:

"You're an idiot an a liar. I'm not taking moral lectures from a communist that wants race wars and assassinations of presidents and health insurance CEOs. Eat shit and die"

A few years ago those HR people could get anyone fired by accusing them of being ist or phobe. Or at least had the illusion that they could do that.

I've been trying to explain that HR is a fully ideologically captured industry.

I got stuck at a dinner table with HR at a company retreat last month. It was the single most dangerous situation I've ever experienced in my career. Piss off the wrong person and get canned and then blacklisted from the industry.

Fortunately, I'm good at playing nice.

I might have done the opposite because fuck these people. Fraudulent, dysgenic, communist mutants glad-handing each other by being living parasites and using minorities as a human shield.

I can only go so long IRL until I lose my shit on them.
