"From 107 583 patients, matched cohorts demonstrated that those undergoing [tranny] surgery were at significantly higher risk for depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and substance use disorders than those without surgery" -- Oxford Journal of Sexual Medicine. (academic.oup.com)

Background

Transgender individuals face heightened psychological distress, including depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation, partly due to stigma and lack of gender affirmation.

Yeah, we just aren't affirming them hard enough. You will suck the girldick and you will be happy, bigot.

This is nothing more than starting with a conclusion, and working backwards to find justifications for it. This isn't science, it's dogma. There is no institution that the left hasn't corrupted.

The conclusions are nonsense, you have to read the data itself. Even starting with the conclusion, the data was so overwhelming that they were forced to show that getting the surgery increases negative outcomes.

I've noticed that many times in many scientific papers that the abstract doesn't match the conclusion, and the conclusion doesn't match the data.

No one ever reads anything.

That’s actually the unfortunate thing about peer review anymore. You WILL NOT get published if your conclusions go against the “science”. This is just the same root problem that cause the reproducibility crisis, and the flat out fraudulent studies in the 60s-70s. Academia being politically and ideologically captured has created an environment where it is easier to be published by being flat out wrong by your own data, lying, or providing partial data than to say something that goes against current ideation.

Abstract and conclusion recommends more boosters.

Data in the study shows the more injections, the more often the patient gets infections.

Data shows trooning kids teens and adults don't make them less likely to off themselves.

Conclusion is ''we need more trans affirming healthcare and culture''.

Many such cases.

They are nonsense, but are the only thing that anybody will pay attention to. It's the equivalent of how the media will put their spin in the headline and bury anything that contradicts it deep within the story, if they report it at all.

"Enabling a mental health disorder doesn't cure it? Impossibru"

  • JAMA in about 2 hours.

This is how you know we are governed by people with Cluster B personality disorders. Only someone with Narcissistic Personality Disorder would think that enabling is the highest form of care, kindness, and love.

Depression probably kicks in the second they see their new Frankenstein genetalia and realize there's no going back

not to mention the post-surgery care that tells them their body is trying to heal an open wound and they have to prevent that from happening.

Can't feel right to repeatedly shove a ''dilator'' to keep the wound open. The body is kept in shock.

No wonder they feel like absolute shit.

Don't underestimate the human mind's ability to see what it wants to see. Just like people who have anorexia think that they are fat, people who are mutilated in this matter think that their flat chests with scars and with no nipples look great. Let alone their literally putrefied so called genitalia.

People who have the choice between facing reality and being upset, and believing a fiction and being happy, normally choose the latter.

The highly publicized post-surgery "euphoria" they supposedly feel is completely indistinguishable from crushing regret and suicidal agony over what they've been allowed to do to their bodies.

Right-- so the 'past the rubicon' reality further stresses the individual after irreversible surgical 'affirmation' of their delusion after the placebo effect fades.

Triumphant euphoria! Then when the 'stunning & brave' seal clapping stops, the victims of Trans ideology are left alone looking at their body in the mirror. There can be no reconciliation with with what they have become. The divide between their lived reality and the delusion (and the lies about transition they were sold) has become larger and thus the outcomes track worse than dysphoric people not undergoing surgical intervention.

What a nightmare! History will look back at Trans surgery for dysphoria as the equivalent of lobotomy to treat schizophrenia.

i went through a psychosis attack because of NSAIDs once, and yeah, when your brain glitches out and makes you see/hear stuff, you really do see/hear stuff

Frankenstein doctors lowered suicide rates by including mandatory ''please lower your expectations about what's going to be ''down there'' counseling sessions before the mutilations.

They're depressed already. You have to be to believe that going under the knife for cosmetic surgery will improve outcomes for you. They're desperate. Which is why the hospitals market to them. Insane people will spend every last dollar they have in pursuit of their madness.

Even those doing objective or relatively objective research have to bow to the Newspeak that demands that mutilation be called "gender-affirming care".

It's a requirement to even preform the research. I'll bet you the Human Research Council that approved the study required the language.

basically confirming what we already knew, but it's nice to see a reputable scientific general report it. of course they cuck out at the end by concluding their findings demonstrate the need for increased mental health therapy, rather than recommending against life-ruining surgery.

No shit and it has always been obvious why this is the case.

They're all excited leading up to the surgery. They think it's the key to eternal happiness.

Then they get butchered and they quickly realize they still aren't a woman and that they have to deal with a lifetime of follow up surgeries, pain from said surgeries, and they can't experience sexual pleasure.

They realize they were lied to and now they're stuck with their new Frankenstein body for the rest of their lives.

This is why the doctors who perform these surgeries should be locked up. They're encouraging mentally ill people to go down a path that not only doesn't fix their mental illness, but makes it worse.

Ever watch someone buy their first new car?

Then the first tiny small bad thing happens to it?

The spell of consumer products are excpetionally powerful. It turns out the medical industry became a consumer industry overnight (see: the mad rush to get the clot shot at first).

The fact there has been 107,583 "patients" (victims, experiments) is fucking DISGUSTING.
