The laws of Charlemagne gave vassals the right to revolt against their lord if the lord was attacking them.
That is what the Biden regime did with the Nord Stream. And not a peep from the occupied country called Germany. I'm not sure what kind of relationship allows you to conduct a terrorist sabotage in another country and the target country isn't even allowed to say something, let alone do something.
Having a right and not acting on it doesn't mean they aren't vassals. It just means they're lazy, or cowards.

Perhaps. There are also definitions that exclude any state action from being 'terrorism'. I'd say that excluding actions based on subjective motivation is a bit tricky, as you can never read people's minds.
Usually terrorists are vocal about their intent because the intent is to terrorize.
Maybe it's my ignorance, but I don't recall any instance. I believe Bin Laden, for example, claimed that 9/11 was retaliation for Israeli and American actions, among other grievances that he had.
Biden stated on video, in front of the media, that he was going to do it. Then someone did it. It's not a difficult case to solve.

Ukraine being frozen out of their own peace talks tells us two things:
This was almost entirely a proxy war between Russia and America. Zelensky, Nuland, Blinken, and Sullivan sacrificed untold Ukrainian lives in order to pursue their ethnic grievance against Russia.
Ukraine - and by extension, America - badly lost this war. If Ukrainians had even come close to making this a legitimate fight, there would be no grounds to deny them a seat at the table. But they got destroyed.
B-b-but listening to the mainstream media, Ukraine has been winning so much I would guess they already occupy 20% of Russia and not the other way around...
At this point I doubt Russia will be willing to withdraw from Eastern Ukraine in exhange of formal recognition of Crimea as Russia territory, and Ukraine abandoning all claims to it.
And Ukraine refusing to give-up Crimea.
So how does that war end?
If Ukraine returns all the money Biden gave them and the EU pay their fair share for NATO, maybe they can be on negotiation table. Anything less, they should fuck off.

because they gave up their own personal self-defense so that The United States could take care of all of it. Not saying it's right, or that it was smart, but that's the deal right now.
If the deal is that we gave up personal self-defense, then we shouldn't have to increase military spending, particularly not at anyone's bidding.
If we do, however, then we should consider stop being an occupied continent and bending to every whim of the overlord.

Do you know what your obligations are under NATO? You're not giving us money, you're supposed to be paying for your own military at a certain percentage of GDP. None of you fucking do.
I believe they're more like 'guidelines' than actual rules. And even if rules, why would we stick to them if there is no way to enforce them or punish us for it?
Let's be real. Why is Trump clamoring for this? Because he knows American weapon-makers will get the vast majority of orders. Effectively, it is giving you money. And by 'you', I don't mean you or other decent ordinary Americans, but corrupt interests and merchants of death.
Imagine if he gets what he wants, a great increase in military spending. Except it is all funneled to EU suppliers.
Frankly the best thing for Europe is to distance themselves from the us mic and build up their own industries. It is already happening and can't go fast enough.
Now if the EU could get over their high horse and stop blaming Russia for everything, That would be great.

You aren't. You agreed to fund your own militaries as part of the agreement to be in NATO. You haven't kept your bargain, yet you all expect the US to step in and clean up the messes in your own back yard.
That's not going to happen any more, and I will bet you would be singing a much different tune if we were to tell Russia and China that protecting Europe is no longer our problem.
It was 'agreed' later on by the same people who support Europe being invaded, and as far as I know, it's only a guideline. Besides, there is no procedure to throw anyone out of NATO.
The main advantage of NATO is that it tamps down on intra-NATO wars. You don't need to do anything for that.
