These are the same people who want absolute control over what you say because... misinformation.
They really are the scum of the Earth. Viva Frei tells it like it is. (there's an advert mid-way, sorry!)

These are the people who want to regulate speech because they claim we are spreaders of disinformation.

Don’t give them that much credit. They want to regulate speech because they know they are lying. The only way to make sure the lie is undisputed is by silencing all dissent.

It's so bad especially when McDonald's THEMSELVES confirmed she didn't work for them. Like take the L, not double down into the bog pit.

Not quite. McDonald's couldn't confirm that she worked for them. They could neither confirm nor deny, because they didn't keep those records of their franchisees.

That was the diplomatic way they put it, yes. But many people who worked at McDonalds confirmed that their franchise did keep records that old, or even older.

Honestly doubt any major businesses throw out tax-critical-information, such as HR records of employment/pay stubs, unless they have a complete fire/flood destruction of everything, including the record-keeping location. Sure the gov can't go back more than 8 years or 10 years depending on circumstances, but once it's been sitting in the records room for 10 years... Are you really going to pay some lawyer or accountant consultancy prices go through every file and check the date and toss them, or just let them pile up?

And yet some McDonalds still came out saying that yes, they do keep records that old.

But whether they do or not, is beside the point about whether Kamala's claims are true, and doesn't excuse the total lack of corroborating facts she could have provided if they were. Facts such as a franchise location, the years of employment, or the names of other employees working there at the time. All of these could prove her statements. If they were true, it is strange that she has still not provided them, now that the story has blown up as much as it has.

Yeah, I can remember the name of the olympian that went to the same high school as me, and the one actress who went to my elementary school. And I was a loner nerd (shocking, for someone on here, I know), yet still remember. If they came up in conversation, and for some reason their early-years school was in contention, I'd certainly pipe up.

I'm sure some do, but did that one?

You would have to specify which one first. As far as I am aware, Kamala herself never did. Likely because that would invite investigation into something that never happened.

Had she mentioned the job even once previously in her career before her run for Congress, had she mentioned the location of the establishment, and had she mentioned the names of other people who worked there with her, the claim would have been more believable. But as it currently stands, it's just another strange random lie, much like Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden were very prone to do.

Sooooo, do you think her first words were at a civil rights protest and was "fweedom"?

▲ 5 ▼

Is that a non sequitur? I see no logical pattern whatsoever between what I wrote and your response.

Sorry, it's a story that Kamala occasionally tells where she pretends she was in the civil rights movement and her first word was literally "fweedom", which is actually a line stolen from a story that MLK said happened (which was already hard to believe).

I was attempting to re-enforce your point that she just makes up random lies that seem good to her at the time. The joke did not land properly.

Pay stubs, bank deposits, even a simple receipt could easily prove it but funny how they are too lazy to even properly fake things.

And then their idiot followers take action into their own hands and since they are DEI troons, they can’t do anything right

The statistics show that this was very much what was going on in 2020. I think there were some organized DNC fraud efforts. But in a lot of cases it felt like "count every vote" was the signal to do whatever you could, wherever that was.

The 25 counties in the US that had over 100% turnout weren't really the ones that were hyper focused on, some weren't even in swing states.

As -Fender- says: which one? There's probably several in the area she lived in, whichever year it was she claims to have worked there.

Honestly, I'd be more concerned if they did.

I'd rather random businesses not keep intricate and detailed records for all of history of your existence and interaction with them.

Like I worked at a McDonald's for 2 days decades ago, is that still on the books with my full name and information submitted during the application?

They probably do now because electronic data seems almost never purged, and is instead just straight fuckin' lost or kept forever.

Kamala hasn't said what location she "worked at" or even the year! You'd think she'd remember, eh? I can remember my first job, the location the months worked & etc. It should be a no-brainer, eh?
You'd also think her camp could have found proof by now, or even a co-worker who remembers her. But no, nothing.

Yeah why would they think McDonald's would lie about something like that that is easily veririfed across multiple dimensions (W2s, taxes, etc).

I just realized they had to edit the part around her head. They took out the figurine and added beveled edges and fake wood grain so that it wouldn't look photoshopped.

But couldn't stop themselves from using modern phone camera glare compared to the old bulbs that made a warm amber/yellow light, not a sterile blue/white.

They also took the photo from a dead canadian woman's obituary that died of cancer. Which you know, is super classy.

They are really so desperate that they are photoshopping her into McDonald's outfits.

They could just lie and say there's no pictures, it's not possible to disprove.

Yep, perfectly reasonable to not have fast food employment pictures from decades ago just lying around.

Nobody's going to mention that she looks like she's 40 in the faked picture?

I wonder where they got that picture of her face, should be easy to find, eh? They've only released a few from that time. If indeed that is her face at all. Frei noted how "pale" her arms are, the first tip-off it's fake.

To me, one of the funniest things about this is that they had to photoshop her head onto a white woman's body to make it match skin tones.
