Dear god, please tell me this is not actually how they explain his name

J.R.R. Tolkien, The Return of The King
Every time I see a screenshot or clip of this abomination, it feels like I am watching a really really bad parody.
Turns my stomach to see these culture vampires trying to defile Tolkien's work.
P.S.: The movies are actually one of the very few, relatively recent productions you can safely watch with your family. No wokeness and a good message.
This one especially reminds me of one of those bootleg copies of the originals with really poorly done subtitles.
"Frau Dobageens and Grand Elf must get more doors"
You are. They're just telling us to accept it as cannon
Someday, I will use AI to insert Leslie Nielsen into all of these franchise-wrecking shows and rebrand them as Scary Movie-style spoofs.
I would watch that.
I use to get angry at this kind of rape of a beloved IP but now I only laugh at the absurdity of it all. The script and plot is clearly written by shallow minded retards that thinks they're writing shakespearean prose like that line about rocks sinking cause it faces down ahahahahaha.

The reason they call him that? They haven't seen an elf before.
Lamest name origin story ever
And they got it wrong. It's wand elf.
I was going to say that.
I would actually give them some respect if it turns out that is Saruman and this is why he hates hobbits.
You mean Sauron-man
Sad-rod-man because his staff or rod broke in such a way it made a sad face.
nah.
it's Sad Rodman, because they made him stop doing his hair so goofy.
I don't have a problem with the occasional good orc.
Apparently this was the least ridiculous thing that happened this episode.
I never watched the series, but in almost 100% of the cuts I've seen from content creators, Gandalf has looked or acted like a deer in headlights. If he really is that way for even half the series, then I want to not watch it even harder than I did before.
Gandalf has lost his memory, supposedly. When he uses his magic, he can't control it and almost kills himself or his friends. So he is scared. I'm not defending that plotline, but there it is. He was supposed to awaken a little bit after meeting the "Dark Wizard."
They said they were making it for a modern audience. This is a great illustration of that
LMFAO. Who the fuck is that shaniqua? Is she an actual character? I haven't not seen one minute of this show, so i don't know.
But boy does she look fucking retarded.
They have a whole tribe of black hobbitses. Yes, that's a character. It's hard tell them apart, though.
Did they just try and copy the whole Hodor - Hold the door thing?
It’s pronounced “ask”
I hope this is true, if only because it will make Disparu the happiest little boy in all of Britain. He's been making this kind of joke in every single S2 review video so far.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VbKmbIxF9co Reminds me of this meme lmao
This is higher quality than Rangs of Powah.
I don't think it can be, it's just a little bit too bad to be real, surely. 20% chance it's real at most.
No, it's real.
