Without accounting for cutscenes (because I can't remember) you can probably 100% all quests in the game in sub 30 hours. Maybe an extra 5 for all collectibles. Never fucked with the expansion but I'd bet my left nut she didn't play it either. The open world is really just a mirage to avoid being a literal level select, because it functions as one in practice anyway.
