Since the legalization of cannabis in Germany (April this year) the Dutch Mocro Mafia (Morrocon descent) has been pushing into the western parts of Germany.
In June/July (don't recall exactly) there were already small explosions, abductions and other small individual attacks.
Most likely the same group of people are involved here.
