But did they stop using it to evaluate candidates? This could very easily just be rewording the description to avoid public scrutiny while everything remains unchanged.

Upvoted for asking the important questions. Can't be resting on spectral laurels.

They are hiding it better.

People who want to genocide you will not stop at “bad press”

Isn’t the point of DEI money that it HAS to be obvious?

time will tell. game slated to come out within the next couple of years are already infected.

I think a good litmus test would be to see what the character creation looks like in the inevitable Splatoon 4 ( assuming they don't opt to make splatoon 3 a never ending live service game like fortnite ). if we still have that bullshit "choose your style" instead of "choose your gender / are you a boy or a girl", then I'll know nothing has changed.

Grummz is right that the fact they're trying to hide it in the first place is a good sign, but also that this time around we can't let go because otherwise they'll just come back like herpes. There are more options than either blackpill or overconfident.

With the recent shareholders asking Square Enix why the fuck are they paying for SBI involvement, hopefully this means we've effectively assigned the mark of the devil to all DEI initiatives at least in Japanese companies though that might be all of Asia given the Wukong game too.

Just need to eliminate Sony's Californian HQ to make them Japanese again...

And get rid of NoA.

Pretty much ALL North American branches in the games industries, they're too contaminated.

Not even including the gay shit and censorship, NoA is so fucking bad at operating as a legitimate branch of Nintendo. Distribution is always fucking awful, customer support is rarely useful, and most of the people there are entitled douchebags like Doug Bowser

No they don't. They'll just try to infiltrat Japan directly. They need good internal governance and actually punish the employees that are sabotaging them

Japanese are experts at that without making you aware you're being punished.

They will tire you out with honne tatamae and madogiwazoku (window tribe) treatment.

Those are Japanese ways of patronizing you.

Don't get complacent, the vermin aren't gonna stop until you pursue them to the ends of the earth and make them stop. Japs are based and all that but they're also polite and conformist and don't understand American culture war bullshit.

If they haven't fired their whole North American HR department it's just cloaking the problem.

They will just be more subtle about it. If after the FE "..." fiasco heads didn't roll up at Treehouse Nintendo doesn't care

Even if they remove the overt language in the posting, it doesn't prevent the HR department of applying it during hiring.

Drop the overt advertising of it, but still going to do the anti-White bullshit.

They didn't fire the vast majority of the staff, which needed to be purged to get rid of the woke cancer ( like when Elon fired 80% of Twitter's staff and Twitter IMPROVED overnight. Not that it eliminated all woke shit, but maby 60% of it. ).

Perhaps, but they still need to be punished.

it being there to begin with is the problem

Maybe Elon should buy NoA next.

Wait is it possible to buy NoA without buying Nintendo as a whole?

Not that him buying Nintendo altogether would necessarily be a bad thing, ever since Satoru Iwata died Nintendo has been slowly following the same horrible trends as the rest of the gaming industry.
