You can hire felons, though. You're just also allowed to discriminate against them in many cases. As you should; you should be able to discriminate against anyone you want, within reason.

People can cast their vote to choose to not "hire" Trump because he's a felon. I'll be casting my vote in the opposite direction.

Leftists never fail to impress with just how fucking dumb they are. Trump is being treated worse than any other felon. The entire media propaganda apparatus isn't telling a local business they can't hire felons even if they want to. But they're pushing to take that choice away from us.

No, you should be able to discriminate against anyone you want. That within reason bullshit is how they force you to hire faggots to take care of your children.

Perhaps. I wanted to leave some wiggle room, as there may very well be some discrimination that should be illegal...although I agree most of that is already covered by laws against other illegal activity. i.e. you can't go around bashing in gay's skulls, because you can't go around bashing in anyone's skulls.

So, I don't know if all discrimination should be legal or not, but I agree at the very least that maybe it should. And, yes, you shouldn't be forced to hire anyone, for any position, due to their sexuality or other bullshit. You certainly won't hear me arguing against that stance.

I wasn't using 'discriminate' just in the hiring sense. There are forms of discrimination that are wrong, and should be illegal but, like I said, are probably covered under other laws already anyway.

Again, I'm just leaving myself a bit of leeway because...I don't know. I know there's discrimination that's wrong; whether there's specifically discrimination that should be illegal is another matter. I'd have to think on it. We're in agreement that "anti-discrimination" laws have gone way too far, that's for sure.

You can't leave any wiggle room when leftists are your opponents. You can have plenty once they're not a factor, though.

People often forget that "discriminate" simply means to tell the difference between things. Discriminating between apples and oranges isn't bad. They don't want you to recognize the truth, and would rather you blindly "treat everybody the same" while they treat you like an enemy and a target.

But freedom of association was really destroyed with the civil rights act. Now you can't have a company, space, etc, with only white men.

People often forget

People were made to forget because commie subversives destroyed the language to destroy our ability to think properly.

Yup. Big yup.

It's still amazing they were proud of sending in the National Guard to point guns at Americans, too.

Dumb and infantile. Engaging them is like trying to reason with a toddler.

And they probably still can't even say what his supposed crime was.

To be fair, neither could the lawyers in the courtroom, or the judge.

They settled on "falsifying business records" as the phrase to repeat.

Nah, just need to have what crime provided the Felony next to the felon mark in ALL paperwork.

If someone got a felony for some bullshit where a misdemeanor is pushed up to a higher crime, that shouldn't be put at the same level as someone getting a Felony for murder or abusing kids

It's up to the employer or landlord whether they accept felons or not. In Trump's case that would be the voters.

I thought leftists loved felons and wanted to eliminate the justice system? Now they pretend to be worried about about felons?

Sad thing is, leftists don't "pretend." They're so ideologically captured they (mostly) believe their obvious bullshit.

They're not pretending to care about "Trump being a felon." They do care. Even though they want the justice system abolished.

Leftoids are an abomination.

Eh, I think it should be recorded. I think it shouldn't be an issue for official business - e.g. if you're safe enough to be let out into society, you should be able to buy guns, vote, etc. - but I have no problem with businesses also being able to see that you are a "justice-involved individual" either. Some businesses will hire you regardless, if you can convince them you're worth it, others might not.

I don't know what's worse: That someone would pay for this shit, or some moron is freely doing this thinking they're "trolling" people by making us think he's a degenerative piece of shit. Like where's the "win" here? What's the "troll"?

I guess he either thinks he's going to forum slide us, or that we'd all get banned for mocking him or something.
