Wait he leads the left wing party, so how much MORE anti immigration is the right wing party? Anti personal mines at the border?
If that's the case, I wouldn't be surprised rather than scare them into submission, this galvanises more anti EU/globalist sentiments. Eastern Europe is more known to hold grudges than just kowtow.
Eastern European countries have a different left-right dynamic than we're used to in the West. Fico's "Social Democrats" are the pro-Russian, anti-globalist half of Slovak politics, while the "centre-right" party are more EU-aligned and are actually more pro-immigration and more globalist.
I didn't say it was a two party system, I said if this is a left leaning party and THEY are anti immigration and refused to sign this deal, how much more anti immigration would the 'right leaning' side be by comparison.
Well, 'the left-wing party' suggests that there is only one.
As for the substance: not much, unfortunately. The 'right-wing party' was in power before Fico and it was wrong on all these issues - like 'center-right' parties everywhere in Europe always are. There's also a nationalist party which is now part of Fico's coalition.
This is why 'populist' is such a good designation. Then you know a party is legit.
Actually, like the rest of the West: Uniparty stuff. The difference being that unlike Western countries, Slovakia also has left-wing populists along with the right-wing populists of the nationalists.
It may be popular to you to not die in an idiotic war, but the people profiting from those wars strongly disagree. And they have basically all the political power.
I notice that this attempted assassination is being used by the Interior Minister to push that this was caused by "hate speech" and the deputy chairman of his party is also joining him in the same rhetoric. Even while emergency surgery is being performed on the PM as we speak, the Government can't help but use this terrible event to push an agenda of censorship.
Radio news here said authorities have declared it 'politically motivated'. I'm surprised they admitted that much since our news is usually highly crafted, yet it's more than I saw admitted in the RT article. I wonder if they're gearing up to pivot to blaming 'right wingers'.
He is one of the Russian spies. Under him Slovakia would be another Russian puppet like Belarus. He also opposes Israel behind closed doors. Sad affair but Slovakia has a chance to fix itself here.
He also opposes Muslim immigration, EU totalitarianism and 'help' for getting more Ukrainians killed.
He leads a left-wing party.
All the EU autocrats are crying crocodile tears over what happened while obviously being overjoyed.
Issues are treated individually. Broken clocks are right twice a day.

Okay pajeet
İts one of the local stormfags running interference to try and make jews look bad
Okay faggot
What’s the difference really?
The fact you respond in the tandem with the literal Israeli IDF shill makes me think you're a jewjeet
Let me guess, jew dad, pajeeta mom?
I say the craziest things that only trolls remember.
Ah, you have such a good memory.
No doubt you can point me to where I "roleplayed being the Third Reich"
Thanks troll!
Please refer to this comment as an example of how leftists always project.
third reich were your guys, not mine.
Nah, left vs right is a distraction. There is a third position....
I didn't say third way, I said third position.

That's not how it works. There is no 'the right-wing party'. It's not a two party system.
I didn't say it was a two party system, I said if this is a left leaning party and THEY are anti immigration and refused to sign this deal, how much more anti immigration would the 'right leaning' side be by comparison.
Morning for me was 12 hours ago.
Is this a self-aware self-own for laughs, or are you really the meme?
He is a meme.
Is it a self-own to live in a different timezone? If so, then yes.
Wow. Alright. This is kind of enlightening.

So kinda the inverse of the rest of the West then.
Populist is a lot easier to work with as what SHOULD be the most popular things?
Not dying because of an idiotic war or letting barbarians through the gate and not confirming everyone to pods.
Actually, like the rest of the West: Uniparty stuff. The difference being that unlike Western countries, Slovakia also has left-wing populists along with the right-wing populists of the nationalists.

I wonder WHO could of done that?
The answer is UNattainable.

Seems that a pensioner shot him.
The pandemic treaty thing, Russia and Ukraine and immigration all seem to be hotbeds for motivation (And the EU of course!).
I wonder if it will come out why he was shot.
Radio news here said authorities have declared it 'politically motivated'. I'm surprised they admitted that much since our news is usually highly crafted, yet it's more than I saw admitted in the RT article. I wonder if they're gearing up to pivot to blaming 'right wingers'.
They will, they always do.
He is one of the Russian spies. Under him Slovakia would be another Russian puppet like Belarus. He also opposes Israel behind closed doors. Sad affair but Slovakia has a chance to fix itself here.
This is a serious concern. He should be opposing them publicly.
I see you're dialed into the jewish propaganda nicely.
The WHO delivered the modern-day holocaust to Israel.
So in other words--you're lowkey admitting jews killed him because of his anti-israel stance 🤔
