Almost none of that stuff is for an electrician. Also almost all of that stuff is male and female.
One of those is a power converter so your device can work in a country with different connections, I can't really see what the rest of them are because the pic doesn't zoom clearly enough.
I wouldn't really qualify a power converter as an electrician's use case, unless they're bringing tools from one country to the next and they use different connections.
Unless of course you're Luke Skywalker and you just want to go to Toshi Station to pick up a couple of them for some reason.
