Yep. Reminds me of Bobby Fischer. People are worshipful of IQ, amazed by the ability of geniuses to recognize patterns. Right up until they recognize a pattern they don't agree with, then all of a sudden they're "crazy".

I think the reason why people do that (especially for the whole thing of black people on average being a standard deviation below) is because there’s the empty question of "what the fuck do you plan on doing about it", because complaining for the sake of complaining is pussy shit, and all the solutions are pretty fucking ugly to implement, or all the "solutions" that the 1488 people advocate for are pretty fucking ugly, to be specific.

You can't devote resources to solving a problem you don't know exists (or won't acknowledge).

If some of the tens of trillions of dollars of 'social welfare' spending had been devoted to investigating the root cause of disparate outcomes (not racism, capacity), we might have a solution by now.

Instead, we devoted those resources to reinforcing a biological problem with social strictures, with predictably tragic results for everyone involved.

All the solutions are ugly because the only solutions are coming from people who want those ugly solutions.

You can't solve problems by pretending they don't exist and the scientists and policy wonks that could solve them in decent ways aren't trying.

For instance with blacks I'm certain that a huge portion of the problem is the MAO-A gene that makes some of them violent and impulsive, and existing medicine could restore the normal balance of neurotransmitters. Or policy wise these specific individuals could be isolated from other kids so the schools don't turn into jungles.

It is actually abnormal for blacks at only 5% of males and 10% of females, but that's enough violence to destroy any Western-style civility and to perpetuate itself.

If you have a better solution I'm all ears.

The solution is to put all kids below a 85 IQ in special needs classes and give them the support, supervision, and discipline that they need. These kids need more time learning basic skills like delaying gratification, temper control, emotional control, anger management, impulse control.

There's no point teaching these kids math. Spend the time teaching them to calm down and not be a threat to society.

We already do this for white and asian kids - about 15% of the population. But we don't for blacks, because of the optics, since that's half of the entire race.

Ironically, the best way forward for humanity is if we focused more on space to make it a 'new Frontier' for mineral extraction, colonisation and energy production.

Essentially, trigun without the crash is our best option, why do you think space race was the win in so many civilisation games.

Post Removed for: Rule 2 - Violent Speech

Given the fact that this is just taking portions of the manifesto and parroting them, rather than a useful analysis of the industrial revolution, and the specific part being highlighted on Chaos is actually about committing terrorism, I think this does violate the rule.

I guess his problem was not sending enough bombs. Oh, and not strapping them to jet engines. Oh, and irradiating entire countries with "depleted" uranium. Oh, and targeting individuals and not infrastructure like water and power in order to maximize death and suffering. Unabomber a villain? Sure, but considerably less villainous than the sociopaths with their hands on the levers of power today.

Yeah Ted Kaczynski Was Right is objectively true but the linked blog (is it a twitter thread?) is weirdly fawning over the mentally disturbed man (thanks MKUltra), especially the first and last stanzas with: "Money spent by FBI to find him: $50+ mil" and "NEVER LET THEM TAKE YOUR SMILE".

I also could never agree with his final solution of destroying all the technology. It's not effective (at best you'd end up with a technomancer priest class that controls and keeps it away from commoners) and technological progress is the only progress that does give massive benefits to civilization, despite its drawbacks.

Its a very bizarre logic. "People's future looks unpleasant from my pov, so lets have them not exist instead.". Its the vegan pov on farm animals applied to humans.

Ludditism is never a reasonable solution, even if the technology introduced may lead to negative consequences.

The Bronze Age Collapse absolutely has something to do with come Italian, Mediterranean, and Southern European people's getting access to Iron. It would have been easy to declare that the Iron Age had been a disaster for man kind if you had been living in one of the civilizations at the time. But the answer of destroying Iron is obviously ignorant and childish. You need to acquire Iron weaponry, make your own, and use it to facilitate your civilization.

I see the same shit with people screaming about AI now. You need to adopt AI, not desperately hope you can prevent it's existence. You need to have your AI.

The Butlerian Jihad is a perfectly rational solution.
