Greatschools has shown me that the schools in my county are rated by percent of black. The higher the percent, the worse the school. In every school in the county, black students get 1s/2s on test scores and whites get 8-10. Asians get 9-10. The white scores are lower in the schools with more black students.

But one teacher when some bigger guy said he would hit her she (late 40s woman) said "you'll get one shot so better make it a good one" she didn't ask them to please sit down. She commanded them to sit their ass down. And she was funny. If you command respect and have some wit, you are invincible to students.
