There's some articles I've seen, or perhaps it was first hand accounts from teachers, where black superintendents of majority black schools have said it's perfectly okay for black students to be more violent, as it's just "their culture". Black violence in school is now almost never stopped or punished. The White teachers and cops are afraid to stop it, afraid of being accused of racism, and the black teachers and cops condone and excuse it away. It's getting worse, too, as the wider "culture" is encouraging it.
