Actually, the proportion of blacks in America hasn't really gone up in decades. It's been approximately where it is for the past 40 years, despite infinite handouts and illegal government favoritism. Why? Mostly because they won't stop murdering one another and having drive through abortions.
What has gone up, exponentially so, is the Hispanic percentage. 19% today, 6.4% in 1980. And that's not even counting the likely tens of millions of illegals who totally aren't living here and definitely aren't illegally voting Democrat in every election throughout the country.
The proportion of blacks with college educations is what we're talking about here. That has gone up, because affirmative action.

Good point so I'm taking back the initial downvote since you're right that it's not population. My community College was littered with illiterate people most of those being black. University was slightly better. I went to law school with a literal retard who will never pass the bar and I am certain he only got in because he's black.

If you put a white kid in the ghetto, you usually get a ghetto white kid. If you put a black kid in the suburbs, you usually get a ghetto black kid. A good environment will empower a person to reach their full potential, but that potential is largely determined at birth.

Go watch videos of how an average young(er) American sounded in the 50s, and compare it to today with all the niggerism. Also notice how they looked, they dressed nicely, clean shave, maybe a moustache, clean haircut, now they look like characters out of some very bad hippie cartoon.
The spread of hip hop and black ''culture'' is to blame for this, you have a white 20 year old from a nice neighbor hood trying to talk like a gang member from some LA shithole. And when a black person speaks properly and comes from a nice functional household, the niggers shame him and try to bring him down.
