I'm not sure I'd call it a sport but very long distance trail hiking (like Appalachian Trail). Records seem to go back and forth between men and women.
I bet the next move is to reduce the mass of each weight while keeping the labels the same. Ie, the 50 pound bar still says "50" but weighs 25 pounds. Only for "women," of course.

Until a few years ago, the women's discus throw world record was slightly longer than the men's.
But this is no longer the case.
Even if true, women and men do not throw the same weight discus.
I did not know that. That changes things.
