I’ve seen a few here in Texas. They whine about how conservative it is and then get angry when I ask them why they moved here.

My go to response to that kind of thing is, “Well no one here actually invited you”

I gave up on that. I’ve got some relatives who moved here that vote blue and still complain about prices going up

I live in an area that is seeing a huge influx of these types (and also boomers et al). Make sure they know that they are not welcome in your area. Don't pull any punches, or pussyfoot around the issue. Make them uncomfortable. When they're laying in bed at night about to fall sleep, ensure their last thoughts of the day are about how much your community hates them.

For starters, the only way they'll ever have an introspecitve thought is if you force it onto them. Second, the ones that won't change will leave. These people are like an infestation. If they find out that your community is welcoming, they'll invite their friends; and before you know it your quiet, mountain town is Bozeman or Livingston or Jackson; and you've got yuppies, lgbt only vape shops, and yoga retreats coming out of your ears.

Problem is, these people are used to hobos openly shitting in the streets. I saw an article about some Cali expats who moved to some conservative area and got his car with CA plates vandalized, like someone outright painted "fuck off back to Cali you faggots" on it, it wasn't exactly subtle. The article interviewed them and they were like "well that's unfortunate but otherwise the place is just so nice!"

One of the main problems of being a shitlib is that these bug people don't have any self-preservation instincts, that's why they keep demanding more niggers and goatfuckers to be imported. If that happened to me I'd pack my shit and leave before someone bars my doors in the middle of the night and sets my house on fire, Jesus!

It's a vicious cycle- these people leave places like California and New York because of the high cost of living, then they vote for the same laws and same taxing schemes in their new location.

You should not be allowed to vote for 5-10 years after you move to a new place.

It depends. All of the conservative California transplants kept Texas from electing Beto in 2018 over Cruz. Really the gigachad move is to ban left wingers from voting, as well as banning the Democratic Party.

The battle-hardened right-wingers from Blue states can be a valuable asset, but the inherent problem of them changing the character of a place when they move in large numbers remains.

I'd like a bunch of hard-hitting right-wingers to move here to cancel out all the shitlibs who moved from Seattle, but not if it means the woods I'm surrounded by are all cleared and turned into tract housing.

Everyone who cheered about dumping foreigners in my backyard to own the libs can shut up and take some libs getting dumped in their backyard.

Nigga, you thought.

They tend to leave (rural) Montana pretty quickly, but they stay long enough to properly shit things up, especially in the cities.

The Dakotas are fairly safe; also fairly inhospitable. It's a statement on the absolute state of society and conservatism though imo.

Yeah, I watch Matt Christiansen and he's in Montana. He says that the California and Washington transplants love to try to turn Billings into a mini Portland.

I was stationed in South Dakota when I was in the Air Force and the people there were great and it’s really nice there but I’m a wimp when it comes to the cold (even here in North Texas I’ll complain about the winter) but if I had the money I’d get a summer house up there.

They don't move to the Dakotas, or Montana.

Or Wyoming. And at least significantly less move to Tennessee than Florida or Texas.

But nowhere is safe, remember that. Nowhere.

I know a handful of people from Wyoming.

They all voted for Biden.

As you say, nowhere is safe. Because all we do is run. And I’m no better than most in this regard. Just running out the clock until I die.

Just tell them the Laramie Project was about a kid who stole a bipar guy's drugs and then tried to make a deal about it. Watch the people who say the play is accurate squirm.
