Something that the media doesn't want anyone to realize, is that there are quite a few black people that are tired of "black culture" problems.
They might still label part of the root cause of the problem incorrectly (by not blaming progressives and their policies), but they are still tired of what is going on.

I'd say it's more about presentation than race. I want my private security to be buff, professional, ex-military-looking dudes. Black or white, doesn't matter; just look professional and competent. Not like a thug or school shooter.
A white dude in this same sort of getup would be just about as bad.
I'm all for hiring private security if it's needed. But part of the effectiveness is having them look like private security...not school shooters or whatever this is. That's just going to deter everyone.

The upside is that if he does end up gunning someone down the odds of it causing a race riot are a lot lower than if the guard was white.
