lol, I have seen his ugly picture many times, but it was always small so I never noticed anything.

When you posted this yuge one, first thing I thought was: that looks like a man.

And then... I read the rest.

Thank you for this. I too had thought the courts had ruled free speech was not so free, based on the Schenk case. TIL.

Incredible. A banal plagiarized forgery by the Okhrana becomes 'freedom of speech', because late 19th century Russia was such a bastion of free speech.

The irony is that no one serious took the Protocols seriously. Even Hitler himself, though I think at some point he tried to make some noises that they were genuine.

Being recognized as such, what is the likelihood that they persuaded people to vote for Hitler (when people didn't even vote for him because of his position on Jews).

Furthermore, while many Nazis owned Mein Kampf, almost no one ever read it - cause it's a rambling, unreadable book or so I hear. Maybe if more people had read it, they'd have been less naive about Hitler. Churchill and Stalin had read it, and they were two who made the least illusions about Hitler's true nature (and yes, I am of course aware of Stalin's gross misjudgments in 1941).

The only help that Mein Kampf gave Hitler was the steady income stream from royalties, but of course, if attacking Jews was disallowed, he could just excise those parts and still get the royalties. It would probably have made the book more appealing.

We live in the dumbest age in human history. Cavemen were smarter.

Do I even have to ask if he's a jew? No gentile ever brings up the fucking Protocols let alone Mein Kampf.

The Holmes quote is the out-of-context horseshit lie that will not die.

This fucked-up "argument" is flat-out EVIL hypocrisy.

Brynn left the reserves and began transition in 2010. She and her partner currently live in Xenia, Ohio, with their three children.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Of course, of COURSE. A fucking military industrial complex shill AND a degenerate.

You know, I read this, and I think of the face Stair Muffin makes when she sees the rancid chicken. That is the face this one makes when she thinks of free speech.

Twitter is a participant in an illegal conspiracy between government and private enterprise to suppress constitutionally protected speech. The fascists aren't taking over, they're currently in charge.

Yeah, but that's their fascists, so it's different.

If a true democracy was implemented at midnight, the people will have voted for a fascist to abolish it by sunrise.

I like how right-wingers keep bashing 'democracy', imagining that they will be the ones in power if there is no democracy - when more democracy is the only thing that would give us a fighting chance.

Because most people do not want grooming in schools, endless wars and open borders. Only the elites do.

Democracy is a means not a end. The form of any system is far less relevant than the elites that control it. The goal is always a good government that uplifts and protects its people.

I agree with the second sentence. But we're not getting good elites any time soon, so there better be controls on their riotous behavior.

They aren't fascist. These people aren't nationalist, let alone hyper-nationalist. Quite the opposite in fact, they're hyper anti-nationalist.

Okay, they're "hyper anti-nationalist." Then what are they for?

What they're for is the super-State, the Globalist State, the hyper-Nation. They're for the trans-national Corporation, whether they realize that or not. If fascism is the marriage of Nation and Corporation, and these people are for the marriage of Hyper-Nation and Hyper-Corporation, would it make you feel better to describe these people as "Hyper-Fascists?"

Rabid nationalism or a strongman/generalissimo type leader is not required for a fascist state. The symbiosis between the state, media, and corporations under central control of one man or a cabal of leaders qualifies. In fact, as others have pointed out here, we in the US are living under fascism right now.

I think the strongman/fascist fallacy arose because of Mussolini and Hitler.

I guess that means nothing

This only works when everyone has this same principle. You defend their right to free speech, they would kill you to stop you from speaking your mind. They are our enemy.

Ironically we need to take a page out of their book and be intolerant of their intolerance. Some people (communists, pedophiles, globalists, etc) shouldn't have rights if they use them to undermine our country.

I don’t want it to have to come to that but I see the logic in what you are saying

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 6 ▼
– joeyjojoshabadoo1 6 points 3 years ago +6 / -0

I hope not. It's the opposite of that. Logic is rational, theoretical. What's he's saying is practical. You're talking Principles, and he's talking about what happens to Principled folk, when those folk are specifically targeted and undermined using their Principles as a weakness.

That's what this whole Age is about. It's about starting with an unprecedented clean slate and coming up with too good a plan for a fair, decent, and consistent Governance. And then 2 centuries of petty assholes and power-seekers saying "Oh, yeah!?" and probing for weaknesses at every turn, for generations.

Principles are great, logic is great. But they've got to bend to sheer practicality if antagonists specifically target Principles and Logic as weak points. There has to be some aegis.

This hateful totalitarian gibberish comes from a cunt graduate of the Naval Academy.

If this is mainline thinking among the service brass we are in for a really long and hideous battle, and the packing of both houses with Republicans is vital, if only to find out whether or not this half of the duopoly is actually any different from the Ds on First Amendment rights.
