Users have taken to using coded messages to avoid censorship on social media; journos predictably upset (archive.ph)

Another article by Bloomberg here: https://archive.ph/jfOiF

showcasing personal stories from people the groups say were harmed by vaccines, and painting an alternate reality of vaccine-induced chaos

The "alternate reality" is that these things that are clearly happening actually aren't.

You're too hung up on a vaccine to see what's interesting here. Basic bitch censorship has trained the soccer mom demographic to be subversives.

Back when this whole internet thing kicked off the nerds were convinced it would create a new era of human dialogue. They were absurdly naive. What happened is that by the late 90s Intelligence services and NGOs has rigged the game. See: the history of google. By the time social media began to come on to the scene the powers that be already had the whole thing under lock and key. As far as the movers and shakers of culture and governance were concerned, they controlled the world. It was even better than the previous half century of mass media because the proles thought their ideas were their own.

The problem is some folks just won't buy in. We sit here on this "gamer" forum because a bunch of us were dragged kicking and screaming into political awareness. But who gives a shit right? It's video games.

Then came the experimental vaccine for a minor cold. A few parents, and it was only a few, said maybe don't give my kid this drug. Remember at this point the movers and shakers think they've more or less got this social control thing in the bag. So what do they do? They censor the few subversives. Problem is that as fat dumb and happy as the average moron is, they are not fat dumb and happy enough to risk their children.

This fat dumb and happy "mom demographic" didn't know they had subversive opinions until social medial began banning their posts. Now they know. Now they are adapting. Will these anti-vaxxers "save us"? No, but now they know that there is a "they" out there, and "they" may not have everyone's best interest in mind.

All that to say: thanks to wonton censorship, a bunch more people have discovered they have been thrown into the pit along with Gamgergate, the Alt-right, and whoever else progressives see fit to disagree with.

You're absolutely right Imp. I accidentally interpreted the word subversive backwards here, like he was saying censorship triggers the female urge to please authority and that the internet allows them to safely act as virtua-gestapo to please the censors.

Basically in my head, this effect caused this particular woman to jump the shark to serve her authorityology, seething from a feigned position of righteous authority about even wordless emojis being a medium for wrongthink. So like, subversive against humanity.

But I see now it's totally obvious he was saying the absolute opposite and that I am a turbo autist :P

Edit: that last part is not meant to sound sarcastic

I agree with Orwell and the Imp in general about women being the fiercest supporters of the party. But there are always going to be some people, including women, who don't buy the party line. I find it interesting that censorship can signal to people that they're guilty of wrong think. Just knowing that wrong think exists and that it has enforcers can be an awakening for some. This is something that we have in common with the "antivaxxers" in the article.

Real fascism has never been tried

Or does that excuse only apply to genocidal communist regimes

The lack of self awareness us shocking. Literally calling those concerns conspiratorial, yet at the same time on the same page, another headline — “ Rare tropical fungus randomly blooms in the palm of a US teen’s hand” — ah hello, can you say rare opportunistic infections that only appear in the cases of severely immunocompromised individuals??

One group that Bloomberg reviewed, called “Died Suddenly,” is a meeting ground for anti-vaccine activists supposedly mourning a loved one who died after they got vaccines—which they refer to as having “eaten the cake.”

Sounds an awful lot like what Alex Jones is supposed to pay a billion dollars for, isn't it?

I believe it started under YouTube comments for a trailer for a """Christmas""" movie by Seth Rogan and Sarah Silverman, called Santa Inc., which was anti-Christmas and degenerate as hell. Everyone was criticizing it in the comments, and since jew noticing is basically verboten and censored everywhere, people resorted to replace "jew" with "elf" in the comments, since Sarah Silverman's character in the trailer was an elf. Such comments have stuck around a bit.

Elves, at least in Tolkien, are immortal near-perfect beings of beauty and grace.

Dwarves are what you're looking for.

They'll just train an AI moderator to ban any comments discussing Disney in relationship to Grooming. I guess that means Mickey Mouse brand straight razors won't sell, but that's an acceptable loss.

Journos would be the kid who rats out their parents for extra school credit in Communist Russia.

The only difference? School credit is worth more than a journalist’s salary
