The reality is that the cops should've shot this guy dead immediately. It's bad enough that he's still alive, but now we have to watch some stupid broad give him every benefit of doubt that she possibly can, when any Judge worth a damn would come down on this dude like a ton of bricks.

You know how insulted women get with a man with standards, that will refuse to have sex with her, it's like they've been told their pass has been revoked.
So this is on a national stage livestreamed, I'm betting her ego wins out and starts making more calls to punish him however she can to save face.
Female judges blatantly make a mockery of the law. I remember when the MSU gymnastics scandal was going on and the female judge consoled one of the trial witnesses crying by saying “don’t worry, he’ll be in jail soon.” This was a massive breach of law and judicial ethics, yet nothing happened. Since then it’s about every time a female judge in on tv she is spouting something that would have gotten her disbarred 30 years ago. Activism from the bench is now celebrated…

Sadly, we all know how that story would play out in the media.
They're doing this because they know this is an open and shut case and she's going out of her way to make sure this piece of shit can't appeal in court.
This guy is basically throwing shit at the wall because if he can trip the court just ONCE he can delay or get a mistrial.
Liberals say the trials are racially biased because blacks proportionally lose more trials, but they lose because of the same impulsiveness that got them there not discrimination.
If the white defendant also slammed his fists on the table and yelled "Ima kill you bitch" when somebody testifies against him he'd also go to jail. When the jury sees you can't keep it together when decades of your life are on the line you're going to prison.

The founding fathers understood the right to vote should only be extended towards those with skin in the game. Obviously the right to a fair trial should only be extended towards those that can participate like a rational human being.
