There needs to be support for KF. It is one of the last bastions of truly free speech online.

Whenever there have been mass shootings or other major news incidents, KF has been the ONLY site anywhere on the internet I have been able to obtain uncensored video and documents. EVERY other site is totally censored and a bunch of libtards telling me what I ought to be allowed to see, and to just "trust them" on what happened, while they blatantly lie about it in some cases.

KF is notable for telling the NZ government to go fuck itself.

As it keeps getting mentioned with the Daily Stormer and 8chan situations being the setup for this, many of these battles were lost years ago when people weren't willing to defend the nastiest and most deplorable of humanity.

That's why its always crucial to think not about the current situation, but also how that action will echo into the future. And especially how it can and always will be used against you.

Calling it now:

Someone tried to kill a family member to leverage him

It used to be that one guy with a good idea could open a platform and be a Tom Anderson, Mark Zuckerberg, Tom Fulp, Christopher Poole, or Richard Kyanka. Take note these names are all from 10+ years ago. There are no new groundbreakers online anymore because breaking ground in the new Internet's corporate parking lot is not allowed.

Bingo.

Wow, that was a great statement from Null.

For all that KF IS a pretty nasty place, sometimes you need that.

Null = Lenny Bruce??

Null is a malignant paedophile who runs a criminal website. You can oppose all manner of SJW-ism and leftism without stalking children and threatening to blow up public buildings. Support for KF can only damage KiA.

110% agreed.

I'm so tired of these lunatics being allowed free reign to destroy great things other people built.

I more meant the internet at large, lol. Or even society. Or whatever.

But, sure, focus on the "storm fags," why not.

Also, although I wouldn't call the Stormer a 'great thing,' it still shouldn't have been censored. Do you think it should?

Seriously, though, way to completely fucking miss the point, just because someone brought up a site you don't like.

These fucking bullies will destroy anyone and everyone who questions them, whether that be actual neo-Nazis, anti-feminists, whatever. The culture that has let them have this level of power is the issue.

It's sad to see this bullshit happen over, and over, and over. I don't care if you like the Daily Stormer. I don't care if you like Alex Jones. I don't care if you like Milo. Heck, I don't care if you like Louis Farrakhan. The issue is letting censorious crybullies run wild, and having megacorps use them as useful idiots while they fucking strangle all of us, our freedom, information, and, you know, freaking humanity as a whole.

But, sure, Daily Stormer bad...

You're seriously missing the forest for the trees here.

As per usual, Imp more interested in focusing on the trees for the forest.

Which seems like the ultimate irony that a guy on some sort of ban from KIA2 half the time apparently has no problem with the permanent denial of free speech to others with whom he disagrees.

Not really. You'd be surprised just how few truly care or wish to uphold free speech, or even freedom at all. Most are more than willing to sell out so they can bring about their brand of Successful Society™, complete with all the same tyrannies as before but this time it's flying their flag instead of the awful flag from The Other Side™.

Most people are eager to utilise power for their own ideals, thinking themselves immune to corrupting nature that power brings.

The irony lies in the fact that Imp acknowledges this with the quote he pulled while unironically calling for the censorship of his ideological opposition. The only truth here is that Imp is telling on himself: that he knows he would censor those he disagrees with, and projects that onto everyone else. He wishes he could be tyrannical, and thinks everyone else wants that as well.

As much of a lolcow as imp is, he's not totally wrong. If the ideological right ever does attain power again we must apply it on our enemy with no mercy and no quarter. We must make McCarthy's inquisition look like a timeout for commies in comparison.

Just saying, 99% of people would silence you, playing by your rules.

It's the people who are committed to free speech who, even if they don't agree with you, want you to be able to voice your opinions.

Seriously, to use the communist analogy, you'd be the first against the wall if the world worked the way you seem to want it to.

That's really funny how the people in this thread are almost as much as enthusiastic about not denying free speech to anyone as they're about throwing everybody into "death camps" (https://kotakuinaction2.win/p/15JTyZjv5F/x/c/4OdgvrahJgu).

The same thread where Imp's just sperging only about his "Nurnberg II" and this is deemed deranged and extremist.

It's almost like...this place is made up of more than one person, with more than one idea.

Also, those ideas aren't even mutually exclusive. "Death camps" is certainly a tad far, but I get why people would feel like they aren't being allowed peaceful outcomes by the powers that be. One of the defining characteristics of our cultural opponents is their oppressive attitudes, fanatical and Zerg-like takeover of any and all institutions, and othering of all opponents.

One could believe very strongly in the principles and concepts of free speech, and still think it's necessary to put people in ze camps. That's not me, for the record, but just pointing out it's not contradictory. I do think there might come a time where extreme action is the right solution. I don't want it, but I can certainly see it, too; the current elites won't give up power, want us destroyed, and don't seem to want to allow a peaceful solution. I also strongly believe in the ideals of free speech.

The same thread where Imp's just sperging only about his "Nurnberg II" and this is deemed deranged and extremist.

Uh, that is deranged and extreme, because the target is so broad. Putting women on trial is a tad different than dealing harshly with the communists. Rationale matters. Imp is talking essentially genocide. That's extreme.

Again, it really comes down to different people here calling for different things. Plenty of the people driving this insanity probably deserve the camps. Does that mean I'm going to call for it? Nope. But I can see why people would. These people are absolute scum who need to be removed from power, ideally peacefully.

A quick reminder what MGTOWs would be like in power.

Maybe the feminists were right about them (specifically). Maybe the toxic masculinity, patriarchy crap they spread everywhere is actually just describing MGTOWs?

Despite his presence over there, TheImpossible1 does not represent Men Going Their Own Way, which doesn't espouse any particular political belief or ideological aims. There is no stereotypical MGTOWs, it's all kinds of men who have decided to give up on women - or feel like it's been decided for them - and now live for themselves.

Now a portion of MGTOW could be stereotypical male chauvinist types which explains their 1) past relationships with feminist bimbos, and 2) their failures at maintaining those relationships, but the closest thing to "political activity" or activism I've seen there is along the same lines as MRAs: Fixing family courts to be less biased towards the woman. MGTOW aren't usually delusional enough to think they'll ever be "in charge" like TheImp. Taking power is the complete opposite of their philosophy.

These attacks on ideas are intolerable, there has to be consequences in meat space.

There should be consequences for both tech companies and troons.

I propose that tech companies be treated as common carriers, which is what Clarence Thomas has suggested. If this were the case, Cloudflare would not have been allowed to deplatform the Farms due to content. (Same with Parler back in the day.)

As for troons, it should be a felony to prescribe puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, or any "gender affirming" surgeries, for adults and children. Create a private right of action to sue gender clinics and plastic surgeons for the cost of detransitioning. I'd call it Lucas's Law.

Sue drug companies under RICO for encouraging their products to be used for transitioning.

There is no solution to this bullshit other than punishing companies, arresting and convicting globalist conspirators with nasty sentences including death, and throwing the entire regressive left into death camps.

Banning regressive leftist ideas would likely be the death sentence for the rotting corpse of the libertarian left as several of them such as JSG still believe in outdated far left ideas, then again nothing would be missed.

DeSantis in Florida is the only Republican politician taking even the very first baby steps towards the idea of decent people actually using government power against their enemies.

Dynamic blockchain DNS projects exist for a reason.

They really need to pick up the pace. We've been lucky that the US regime hasn't pushed harder against the DNS system than it already has. (taking down domains for piracy) China and Russia have never had a problem blocking domains. Right now Western governments are satisfied with letting corporations police the net for them, but the tech is going to fall eventually. Even if you're a techbro who loves Globohomo, this should be a priority in modernizing Internet infrastructure.
